First flat - Callum
I spoke to Callum last week. Callum was amazing and provided me with great insight into handling my bills. Outstanding Customer Service
I was assisted by Scarlet B., when I had issues setting up my account and payment, and I must say the experience was excellent. She was respectful, patient, and highly professional throughout the process, making everything much easier to understand.

Very helpful staff
Called me as I was trying to set up my first place. Whilst it didn't work out at the place itself, they were a good team to have in my corner; helped me get everything squared away without charging me anything. Notable mentions were Liam G, Gavin O'D, and everyone generally I've been in contact with from the support lines.
Have had a few issues but more with the third parties surrounding them, and they've been quick to update my notes and help me out, or just give assurance that there's nothing left I needed to do on my end. They're good people, prices weren't bad at all, and they helped me for a week or so after Iwas no longer a customer of theirs. Can't really fault them, and given the opportunity I would probably use them in the future.

Quick and patient customer service
I had a bunch of questions and Daniel was very helpful and patient answering all my questions quickly and in full. Although there was problems which I had to resolve and I of course was not happy with that, Daniel explained the situation and now all is well.
