Unfortunate issues clouded initial judgement
I had some issues during the registration process, then Covid cancelled one of the tastings. My concern for a small start up such as this is that they perfect the customer experience and mine was less than perfect. However, after liaison with the Company, I feel very assured that they are working hard to provide the best experience. This is about administration not about their wine, which is lovely.

I've had a look into your order history, and it seems that you have now come to the end of your three month gift subscription. I know we had to assist with setting up the subscription (and have improved our website following very helpful feedback such as yours), but I am not aware of any further problems you have experienced.

Favourite club!!
We have a wonderful time doing the discover and adventurer wine tasting each month. Either joining live or doing on catch up. We have learnt so much and tried a huge range of wines we never would have before.

Great Birthday present
Received this for my birthday, and tried it for the first time last month. We had a great evening following the tasting on line, and reading the comments. Super selection of wines, good fun, and we learnt so much. Can’t wait to taste this month’s selection.

Really good experience!
Really good experience! I did a last minute order for some wine tasting packs as a birthday ‘experience’ for my 90 year old mum and family. I left it a little late and emailed to see if I could upgrade to Next Day delivery. Isobel responded immediately and worked her magic! The tasters arrived in time, the experience was fun, and the wine delicious. I would heartily recommend The Online Tasting Club, and a big thank you to Isobel for outstanding service…a rare commodity these days!

An interesting selection of wines
An interesting selection of wines. One (the Domaine de La Brossette) was excellent; another (Fontodi Chianti Classico) was good but expensive; a third (the Sandeman Don Fino) contrasted well with other Finos which we like.

I had a query about an order, and sent a message - I received a call back just a few minutes later, answering my query and getting everything sorted. Jamie was lovely and really helpful. A pleasure to deal with, and the wines are really rather good too!

Ok if you don’t hold it - drink immediately
I think it might be an ok experience, my mistake was that I communicated that I wanted to buy 8 boxes to bring back to my family for a wine tasting. It was supposed to last till Christmas- but it didn’t. It was a complete flop with wine that some that turned. We know this because we opened same numbers and tasted and some people s tasted different… so don’t believe it’ll last. Might be ok if you do it right away, but we spend £££ and didn’t get that opportunity.

This is a rolling online subscription
This is a rolling online subscription. I cancelled 30 days in advance and was told it was not early enough and still had to pay for the following month, even though that months subscription had not even arrived yet. Appalling customer service. They increased the prices and changed the size of the box without any real advanced notification and basically told us we should be happy.

Thank you for popping onto Trustpilot to add a review. My apologies for the experience you had with us. We had to make a decision to change our pack sizes and our offering due to postal requirements and restrictions. We did send out multiple emails, and asked for feedback from our members before we made the changes. We were in touch with you multiple times to try and remedy the situation. This was in May 2021, and your review has been posted on December 31st, which really doesn't give a true reflection on our current offering or customer service.

Such a great way to taste wine! We caught up on a previous tasting a loved the experience. Having samples of wine come through the letterbox is such an innovative idea and the tasting video is so informative. A great way to discover new wines!

Why have we only just discovered TOWTC?!
Our first ‘tasting’ tonight and we went for the Christmas tasting kit, watching the video on-demand. What a fantastic evening! We love wine (!!) but often just resort to what we know and love so tasting something new was fantastic and hearing the background of the wines/winemakers was fascinating. We’ve just ordered a kit for a gift and will definitely be subscribing, with the Global Superstars kit on its way! Keep up the good work guys!

Such a fun way to spend an evening. Was just my partner and I. We enjoyed the australian adventurer series on catchup. We did it slowly over two nights and loved it. Engaging, interesting content and great wines. I am wiser for it.
