On Top Up provides an easy way to purchase topup vouchers and credit for Pay As You Go mobile phones. We cover all the major phone networks, allowing users to add multiple phones on different networks to their account, and topup whenever they need.
Please note, that any accounts that opt-in to Auto Topup will have their subscription renewed automatically each month, and for security purposes you will need to log into your account in order to apply the credit to your mobile phone.
Our optional Auto Topup service allows users to automatically buy a topup every month, to help ensure they never run out of credit on their phone(s). The Auto Topup service can be started and paused or cancelled at any time simply by clicking a button in the user account area.
Our Customer Service team are on hand 24 hours a day to help out with any queries you may have. Click the Contact Us button below to send them a message or give them a quick call. reported to my bank and action fraud. I received an email that a mobile using my credit card has been topped up. I never made the purchase and do not require top up. All my purchases require consent. This company got around this security and took money from my account without authorisation. I have attempted to contact this company and they fail to reply. Dishonest and criminals who participate in such activity.

you cannot find an account? you will not as i do not have one. you used my credit card and stole from it. you are criminals and reported to trading standards. you have been issued with a formal request to return the funds you stole or face further negative reviews. judging by the other reviews, you are familiar with stealing money. you have been given 48 hours to return the money you stole.

Total Scam
Total Scam. I bought a one off top-up in an emergency in January, had to ring them and ask for my voucher, as I had not received anything, when I tried to put it on the phone it said voucher was already used! fast forward one month and they email me a receipt for my purchase, another top-up! Tried to sign in to my 'account' and email was not recognised. Rang them up and they said I had subscribed......oh no I didn't! Now have an email to say my account is closed, let's see if my money is returned............

I topped up once through Lebara by mistake
I topped up once through Lebara, I didn't know it was another company. It was a mistake,I didn't need extra and Lebara refunded me. I did not enter into anything, and as Lebara had refunded it I did not know that they would be taking money off me every month. I have blocked them from my bank . They claim I have vouchers on my Lebara account, there are none. I have tried to cancel it all and they refuse to do this. I will see where else I can warn people. Please don't use these people. My bank First Direct , said they have a lot of problems with these people. So be aware, they might try to take other amounts off you
