On Top Up provides an easy way to purchase topup vouchers and credit for Pay As You Go mobile phones. We cover all the major phone networks, allowing users to add multiple phones on different networks to their account, and topup whenever they need.

Please note, that any accounts that opt-in to Auto Topup will have their subscription renewed automatically each month, and for security purposes you will need to log into your account in order to apply the credit to your mobile phone.

Our optional Auto Topup service allows users to automatically buy a topup every month, to help ensure they never run out of credit on their phone(s). The Auto Topup service can be started and paused or cancelled at any time simply by clicking a button in the user account area.

Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous. DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO TOP UP YOUR PHONE…..
Took money….but no email….no activation code..no pin…no email nothing…despite them telling me they had sent one to confirm my account with them was active…
I wasn’t sure if this was a scam company…told them bank had blocked them ….so can’t access my account…at least I got money back via the bank…they’ve said nothing to make me change my mind this is not a scam in some way….
Top up at a post office …..easy peezy…..wish I’d known beforehand I could do this….

Unauthorised claim

They have claimed a payment exactly one month later. I did not ask them to do this so watch out if you use this company

Do not use

I stumbled on this site trying to top up my 02 payg and didn’t realise it wasn’t anything to do with O2 - I topped up and they take a fee for the service so it is a rip off mascarading as a service - the top up doesn’t then arrive without steps you need to take to claims it with a codes etc. not a good service and expensive and then the cherry on top… a month later without and emails or messages they charge again - no doubt there was a box I needed to untick… horrible business! Just go to your phone provider direct and don’t fall for this scam!

Scam

Scam, topped up, thinking it was my mobile carrier company. Never gave it another thought, I only topped up because I was on holiday. Checking statements found out I was paying another company never thought I had an account with OnTopup so never checked or used the top ups for my phone. Still charged me for 10 months. They are deliberately confusing scam artists.

Shocking this company is still allowed…

Shocking this company is still allowed to trade. Charged me for top up for giffgaff, did not receive a pin. Tried to ask for refund or pin and advised couldn't since the transaction was successful. If try register the minute you tap your provider takes you add a top up before allowing you to input any info

THIS IS A SCAM

Having giff gaff unlimited
They send you an email pretending to be from your phone line supplier NONE of the money you pay goes the the phone company and it's almost impossible to get it cancelled. They use a subscription method which protects them from scamming laws, and stops you from calling the bank and cancelling the direct debit.
ONLY go through your phone contract supplier to deal with top ups
These guys have been scamming people out of money for years. BEWARE!!!

ontopup scam - non redeemable voucher

Checking my credit card statement I discovered ontopup had set up automatic 30 day payments without my knowledge. I contacted the company by phone and instructed them to cancel all payments. I received an email saying the automatic payments had been deactivated and that I had a voucher to redeem After several more emails with automated AI responses, I could still not redeem the voucher. I did reach out to ontopup support who repeatedly claimed to have emailed links which I never received. I will not be using ontopup again and would advise others not to use them.

Unaware that subscription was taken

Ontopup was useful when we needed it (whilst on holiday) but we thought we had bought a one off top up. In fact they had signed us up for a monthly subscription which we only noticed after paying for unnecessary credit for 6 months. Check any emails from Ontopup if you have used it. I ignored earlier emails assuming they were something to do with my partner's phone and his travelling.

My partner askwd me to to up his pay as…

My partner askwd me to to up his pay as you go phone just once, which I processed on my computer a few weeks ago. Today I get an email that Ontopup has debited my gmail account charging a fee of over £40. At no time was there an agreement to a regular top up on my gmail. Partner is now terminally ill in hospital and I am reduced to even more grief over this. My only remedy if it is not cancelled without delay will be to put it out into the mainstream media to get a result.

I topped up my account twice through…

I topped up my account twice through this website and neither time was the account topped up, and the money was taken from my bank account and a direct debit was opened without my consent
