After experiencing nearly two days of difficulty in getting product to install and numerous resetting of laptop I was a bit dubious about the purchase and in all honesty the thought of scam had come to my mind which quickly disappeared when I contacted them as these guys did not give up on me, they persevered and even supplied me with a replacement product code. I was starting to despair that the problem would never be solved but they didn't give up and at last installation and activation was completed, up and running.
I can't fault the assistance that I got from them, they were friendly, professional and patient and responded to all my questions...I am now as happy as Larry and will defo recommend them.

I Paid postage so expected to receive the disk and code. The activation code sent by email had been used several times before, had to activate by phone which makes me think there’s could be a problem with the purchase.
