Easy to get in touch with them via WhatsApp. They responded to a query I had prior to purchase within a day and once purchased the Office Pro 2024 suite was delivered via a link within minutes and I was able to download the install package. I followed the instructions to remove all traces of Microsoft 365 first as my new laptop came with that pre-installed, and I removed Microsoft OneNote for good measure too because that is included in the Office suite. Installing the software was problem free, however, there was an issue with the product key which wasn't recognised. The instructions provided recommended activating via phone rather than via the internet, but calling the number you find out Microsoft no longer do activation over the phone and they direct you to their online portal instead. When that didn't work I contacted the company's support via WhatsApp, and this was at 10pm on Sunday evening. They responded within half-an-hour and asked for my order number and key. The following day they contacted me again in the early evening and were able to sort the issue out. Overall I am pleased with the service and would use then again.

Purchase a copy of Visio Profession which installed was OK. Just a little delay/complexity in getting the activation code installed, but that wasn't a problem as the app works straight away

Had a small issue with product activation but all sorted via WhatsApp so very happy.

Customer support is a little hit and miss.
Ordered Microsoft Project and it worked for a few weeks before it went into compatability mode and required an activation key. Most functionality has been disabled.

Contacted them via WhatsApp several times over several days without a response. Finally received support on WhatsApp today and was able to get the software up and running

I had few problems setting up "old age" and being a complete computer idiot, but after getting help from Selbi it's up and running...So, a very big thank you to him! By the way, it's a great product and I consider it as a giveaway price. Trust these guy's, You will never go wrong.

I purchased a license for Publisher 2021 which was delivered promptly. I had an issue originally when activating but on reporting this Opensmarttech responding quickly through Whatsapp and issue was resolved.

Ordered Office Pro sharp with provision of code but installation a night mare from insytructions. Several e mails sent for help which they promised still waiting for reply. Written them off as scammers. Promise loads but do nothing so BEWARE GO ELSEWHEWRE

Ordered a Win 11 Pro key but it was rejected when I installed Win 11. Sent emails and also their compalint form but got no reply at all. Very bad - they took my money but no response. In desperation have registered software by anther means now.
This firm is a rogue firm - stolen my money and no redress it seems.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Ordered Microsoft office.
Pass key arrived. unable to open it said “product key used the maximum number of times”.
Requested a refund by text and email. No refund made!
Their customer relations are non-existent
Their returns policy is a sham.
Their 27/7 help is a myth.
Their watts app line goes to an automated service and they don’t reply.
They don’t reply to emails.
They take your money but don’t make refunds.

Very easy to install ms 2021 on laptop.
Lots of help available if you get stuck.
Highly recommended.

I have bought the Microsoft Office package and downloaded it to my machine, however, on trying to open it nothing happens.

I have sent messages using the reply option on their original email, but have not received a reply.

Looked on their website and called their number several times - no reply answerphone.

Tried to send message on link provided, told the address does not exist.

Very frustrated.
