from the start the experience has been great: the initial consultation at Grafton Street did a series of tests, provided me with pricing and options as well a date for the procedure.
in case of any questions i always had a contact.

Regarding the procedure it was really fast and had great care at Tallaght. its strange to be conscious while having the procedure but the team made sure i was confortable. all of the instructions with eye drops were provided and after a few hours sleep i could already see the improvements.

its been less than 1 month since the procedure and i cant stress enough how life changing it is and thank you Optical Express for the care provided

Was in the Newbridge branch recently and Lauren could not have been more lovely and helpful! I came in needing my glasses cleaned and tightened and she made sure that I was completely satisfied before leaving the store. Will definitely be coming back here from now on after this experience.

Was in the newbridge store last week I went in to get my glasses cleaned I must say the girl Lauren who served me done an amazing job with them the look brand new and she was so nice and polite she has excellent customer service she’s a real asset to the store

I recently got laser eye surgery in the tallaght branch not far from the square shopping Centre. There was secure parking facilities.The process of the operation was well explained by Danielle prior to arranging a suitable date for the procedure I was selected for lasik. The operation/procedure was explained and I understood what to expect and equally the risks accosiated with the process prior to arranging a suitable date for surgery. It’s been a couple of days after the surgery which was done in well organized fashion and I must say first of all I can see perfectly as I was originally short sighted and I was slow in getting it prior to now but with a bit of courage I went ahead with it and I don’t regret it atal. It was well executed by all the staff and the nurses and surgeon.

I went into optical express to look at some new glasses. Lauren helped me choose a style that suited me best, will definitely be back to get them in January.

The staff is incredible and I’ve felt safe the whole laser eye surgery consultation, they explain each of the exams carefully, and also the options available and the next steps. Definitely recommend and will be doing my surgery with them!

My glasses were bent and out of shape and Lauren in the whitewater fixed them for me Very happy

My mam asked me to go into optical express in the whitewater to see if they could help fix her glasses. Lauren looked after them for me and fixed them in no time. She also changed the nose pads and gave the glasses a clean for my mam, the service was amazing and it’s great to know they are so happy to help with any future issues! Will definitely be back
