Newbridge Store Service
Lauren and Heather in the Newbridge store couldn’t have been any better! Made the whole experience so lovely for me and my mam, they were beyond helpful and made sure to get me the best deal possible. Couldn’t praise the two girls enough!

Always a great experience when I pop into the newbridge branch! Lauren and Paul are always very helpful and do their best to accommodate my needs. Friendly people and a lovely experience (even if it is just a case of screw and nosepad replacements). Can't commend their staff enough!!

So helpful, came in to get my glasses adjusted as they were a bit crooked on my face. They fixed them no problem and cleaned and tightened them so it was better than I expected!

FABULOUS NEW EYES…
I had lens replacement on Sunday .All the staff I dealt with were very professional and kind. I was very nervous, they took time to reassure me even one of the staff gave me her hand to hold through the procedure.
I have been wearing glasses since I was under a year and could see nothing without them .
I'm writing this review glasses free. I'm so happy I had it done and would recommend optical express 100 percent.

Great experience, I’m glad I decided to go for eye lens replacement, I only wish I decided to go for it sooner. The team guide you through the process and put your mind at ease. The day of the surgery went so well and the procedure was seamless. I know my quality of life will be hugely improved
