The apartment itself is lovely, decently decorated to say it’s like an old building but the Hosts were very unprofessional, uncomfortable to speak with and acting very weirdly. They do a lot of checks which are unnecessary and make the process long and awkward. It’s like a mini interview.

The location is decent however since it’s opposite a big park expect the usual noises, traffic and people talking, shouting, drunk and all these sorts of things.

Stayed on the Saturday night can’t recommend it enough, very clean throughout bath was amazing and Bobsy is a proper nice bloke went out of his way to make us feel at home plus had loads of recommendations for food etc.. Will definitely be staying again

I surprised my partner on 09/03/2024 -10/03/2024 for his 49th birthday. Firstly I would like to mention that the Deluxe apartment which I booked looked exactly like the pictures and was cleaned to a high standard which we appreciated. Bina helped me with my birthday decorations for my partner's birthday. Bina was very caring, supportive, thoughtful and professional. Bina went through all of the terms and conditions with me and also showed me how to use the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, lights and much more. Bina even asked me what temperature I would like the central heating on ready for my return later with my partner. I was also sent a list of local takeaway and taxi services. Myself and my partner definitely had a luxury experience. My partner can't express himself enough on how special our overnight stay was at Optimal apartments. Our stay was worth every penny.

Made a booking for Mother’s Day and paid for the apartment as well, only to be called by a horrible, rude lady to say that they overbooked on this particular apartment and that they are happy to refund me. This is an absolute joke and no compensation offered only offered alternative day which is NOT WHY I BOOKED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I can’t even believe how amazing and beautiful this place was to stay at, the staff service was amazing and the check in was very simple and easy and everything got explained very well. The room was breathtaking, it was so clean and soBeautiful, it was amazing to stay in. they have plenty of packages if you want to surprise your other half. I would highly recommend optimal apartments and i would most definitely go back again and again. THANK YOU Bina and Bobsy.

I stayed with my wife 3 nights, 25,26,27 October 2023, it was fantastic place to stay all rooms equipped with smart tvs even tv in bathroom, smart speakers in all rooms including bathroom you can attach speakers with tv or your phone all necessary things was in apartment so i can say best place to stay, my wife loved this place, I fully recommend.

Excellent host and immaculate rooms. There was no issues at all and service provided was excellent we will definitely be back there again.

Upon arrival Bina welcomed us and showed us around, the apartment was exactly like in the pictures, nicely decorated and modern. Had a lovely stay here and will definitely go back, will be recommending to all my family and friends! Thank you optimal apartments!

The apartments itself are very beautiful and really well designed, however me and my partner were accused of damaging the sofas which clearly was not brand new as a new sofa will last several years.

How does a NEW SOFA get stuck halfway through when opening up?

We had a heated argument with the front of house receptionist who was very demanding, defensive and aggressive.

The showers hot water was not turning on, took a call to the receptionist to resolve this which wasted hours specially when you’re paying 5 star price for 1 star service.

It is ran by unprofessional and irresponsible employees who clearly don’t know how to look after customers and only want to make money.

I am very disappointed as the place had a lot of positive reviews which I am not surprised with this day and age you can buy reviews.

Went with my partner for my birthday and they were so good with communicating with us about times and what we wanted. The apartment was clean, everything worked perfectly and overall we just loved it! The host was lovely, she set everything out so nice for us and we had a great time.

Absolutely beautiful place!! we went for a night away and we were not disappointed! The owners are fab and made us feel right at home! We stayed in apartment 4 it was amazing and the whirlpool bath was brilliant the apartment is finished to a very high standard with the comfiest bed and is very clean with everything you need we will definitely be coming back thankyou guys 5 stars from us!!

Me and my partner had come down over the weekend and all I can say is WOW. one of the best apartments we have stayed at and the hospitality when we got there was amazing! The whole apartment was spotless , the bathroom jacuzzi was beautiful and the bedroom was so cozy and pretty. the whole layout and design was stunning! the owner was very lovely and gave us a walk around when we got there, all in all just great. cannot wait to visit again soon and will DEFINITELY be recommending! 10/10!!

Our stay at Optimal Apartments was a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great warmth and made to feel at home. A quick tour/guide was provided ensuring we had familiarity with all the facilities at hand as well as advice in relation to all the local amenities in the surrounding area.

The Apartment we stayed in was spotless, spacious and included ambient LED lighting which really created a calming vibe to the whole experience. The bathroom includes a Jacuzzi style hot tub with its own television!

The Apartments are adjacent to a beautiful park which ensures stunning views and a great location for a morning/evening walk.

I must say from my experiences, this is definitely the best place to stay if visiting the Bradford/Yorkshire area. Great facilities, a fantastic location and courteous hosts, who are always on hand for any assistance required!

Me and my partner have stayed here several times now and we enjoy it just as much as the first. The perfect place to wind down and relax. And plenty of things to do local to the area. The family that own the property are brilliant, everytime we go. They’re friendly, chatty and are always happy to help if they can. The park across the road is lovely. And any locals we have come across have always been friendly and polite too. The apartments themselves are amazing. They are all lovely apartments, they are always kept clean, the baths are amazing, the beds are comfy. The service overall from Optimal Apartments is brilliant and has never disappointed. I think me and my partner have been there now 4/5 times and we keep going back. Its our favourite place to go for special occasions. It almost feels like a home from home. The apartment’s really do live up to the expectations from the photos 😊

The pictures don't do the apartment enough justice, this place was stunning to be in! I loved the LED lights everywhere, the speakers in each room which gave it a really cool feel, the jacuzzi was amazing and so relaxing especially with the mini TV in the bathroom too! I loved the fact that there were speakers in every room so the music we played followed us wherever we went. A usually undervalued feature at apartments is the amount of cutlery a place has, and the hosts were on job to provide so many utensils so that we had a comfortable stay.

A special shoutout to Bina who was an amazing host! She greeted me and my partner on arrival, had a lovely conversation, showed us around the apartment and even texted us some places to visit in the area. The hosting skills went above and beyond what we usually get and so its important to remember this and thank her again for making us feel so welcomed. This place is 10/10!

Booked this apartment in a bit of a hurry, and only did so because of their absolutely perfect feedback rating. The apartment did not disappoint !!!!

The apartments are a little quirky, and certainly not the norm, but they are absolutely fantastic. The hosts have ticked all the boxes with their double jacuzzi, big screen tv's, recliners etc etc etc. You won't be disappointed !!!!

The hosts are lovely and totally honest. We left an item behind us by mistake and they kindly posted it back. You cant ask for better than that.

This apartment is much better value than a hotel room for similar money.
