We very rarely need support, but when we do, it always exceeds expectations. We took advantage recently of a free legacy campaign migration. Not only did they perform the migration in under 24 hours, but they created a very in depth, helpful video showing what they did, how to self help in the future, and where to find the new campaigns. Nasty Unwanted Auto Upgrade
Out of the blue I have been charged $192 without any notice, or approval on my part. They put your account to auto upgrade by default, and now I have the hassle of trying to get my money refunded. All so avoidable on their part. It's really sharp business practise. OptinMonster folks - don't bother with a reply full of excuses - just refund the $192 without delay.

I've had excellent experiences dealing with customer service. They were kind and helpful. I had trouble creating a popup at first, but they walked me through it and even assisted in the creation on their end! Great company, and definitely the best popup plugin I've ever used.
