Easy resolution and good communication

Careful - once you opt in, you can't get out
Seemed like a good addition to my WordPress site - free trial can't go wrong, right? Sure, until they demand a credit card and start charging it as soon as the trial is over. No way to cancel, no way to choose not to use it. I tried to remove my account and clear my credit card info to no avail. Customer service was very good only after I threatened legal action. And then they didn't refund the full amount.

Do not use this company they auto upgrade you to ridiculous plans, make it very hard to cancel and I swear I've cancelled twice and they keep restarting it, there is no way to remove your card information from their site and support just constantly tries to sell you, they wont give refund even if you request same day payment come out, they are disgusting company.

UPDATE: They have made a full refund
I signed up for OptinMonster under what I believed was a free trial. My account even displayed an "Upgrade to Pro" banner, confirming that I was NOT on a paid plan. Suddenly, I found a $228 charge on my credit card—without warning, without consent, and without any option to prevent it.
It turns out OptinMonster automatically upgrades your plan if you exceed a certain number of page visits, without asking if you agree to the charge. They don’t notify you, they don’t ask for confirmation—they just take your money. This practice is not only deceptive but outright unethical.
To make matters worse:
You can’t remove your credit card details from their system.
They make canceling difficult and try to trap you into staying.
Their support is unhelpful, and refunds are nearly impossible to get.
This is nothing short of a scam disguised as a marketing tool. No reputable company should charge users hundreds of dollars without consent. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this predatory service.

Glad I had my cash app credit card as the card on file because they created a false page view count in order to bump me from the free plan to the paid plan which was 228 a year. I was happy because I thouht google had placed my site and ranked it but when I went to my analytics it was the same. Minutes later i log in to optinmonster analyics and it was the same pageviews like 20 or something but according to other reviews here they don't provide refunds...so be carefull with your money and credit cards this company is a scam artist. I mean is a business I understand but don't try to scam people with fake page views. I will gladly pay if I was getting page views which meant I was making money...but fake ones please.
