Great Fibre Broadband but Clunky Admin
Fibre broadband service is excellent (would get 5 stars) always giving the right speed. However, their admin is a bit clunky at this time (Feb 2023) hence one star off but they are a new company in UK (albeit big operations in Sweden, Germany and US I understand) so hopefully this will improve to the type of processes / website info and access etc we are used to with BT/Sky etc. in teh next few months.

Highly recommended
I just switched to this company from a VDSL provider company. I am paying £2 less, and get 6 times faster speed than the previous provider on fibre i.e. true fibre.
The installation was super smooth and the customer service is always available to help, so what else do I need?
Rest assured this will be updated if they disappoint me :-)

Great speeds, exactly as advertised. Fast customer service resolving any issues both with the service and equipment. Overall very happy and great value for money!
