Ordered an item, arrived so much smaller than pictured. So disappointed, reached out on Instagram tell them my disappointment. Never received any reply, requested to send the item back explaining why, no response, spent £8 on postage, for something that was incorrectly advertised, had to pay postage to return the item and had no feedback. I notice how Orelia comment on the positive comments on trust pilot but never reach out the the bad reviews, says a lot about the Comoany

Honestly don’t even bother… ordered my first pair for a Xmas present, gold has almost completely worn off already (not worn everyday, not worn in shower etc but still almost completely silver already) also one of them now doesn’t close shut anymore. Poor quality. Before this happened my mum wanted the same pair but in gold. Clicked on the first pair (pic in persons ear shows size perspective) under this you had gold or silver option. Clicked on silver (there is no pic in someone’s ear so they look identical and no indicator that they’re smaller) and was sent a tiny pair (might add there wasn’t much of a price difference) emailed them to explain they’ve sent the wrong pair. They basically said it was my error. I explained that actually the error was on their website. They replied saying that it was my fault and nothing they can do and now my emails aren’t delivering. Absolutely disgusting company IMO. And like I say… since then the first pair are now unwearable.

Great service, easy to order, items arrived quickly.
Good quality earrings, cannot wait to wear them.
