It’s so comfortable to wear. No any skin issues after wearing. Looks so luxurious. And it has logo even. And also packaging was so lovely and also i can choose my own packaging. It’s the best gift. Orelia Jewellery is honestly so beautiful, the quality is so good. From the packaging to the designs i just cant get enough, ive made a few purchases recently and i still have things on my wish list. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Broken necklace after only a week of wear

I bought my friend a necklace for her birthday and only after one week of wearing, it ripped in the middle with no force applied - it just fell off

I thought maybe it was just a one off bad piece - I tried to contact Orelia for a replacement on the 3rd of January with picture evidence - no reply. Contacted again 2 weeks later, no reply (by email. Contacted via form on their webpage another week later - no reply. In February I tried to contact them on instagram dm - no reply.

Absolutely disgusting and abysmal customer service, especially for a small business. Please take your custom elsewhere, to the many incredible jewellery stores who have beautiful jewellery but who also decent customer service in the event that something goes wrong. To ignore a customer like this for months is something I’ve never experienced from ANY jewellery merchant!
