I recently bought the most beautiful butterfly gold ring from Orelia. It’s absolutely stunning. Postage was quick and I received updates. Highly recommend.

Orelia has a fantastic customer service! Definitely worthy of 5 stars! Apparently there was a mistake in my delivery address and the jewelry was unfortunately returned. After a smooth correspondence, they offered to send a new one immediately, which was delivered within a few days. My daughter is very happy with her jewelry and I am with Orelia's service.

The quality is insane. All of the pieces are so nice and shinny. If you haven’t ordered yet, you need to try them yourself. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this brand! I was able to get a personalised and very sentimental necklace for the remembrance of my baby. The quality is absolutely amazing

I received a £50 voucher as a birthday gift and used it to purchase a necklace, adding a small extra item (I think it was a chocolate bar) to go slightly over the voucher amount. The chocolate bar turned out to be unavailable, and instead of refunding the small amount I paid over the voucher, they just added it back onto the voucher itself. I found this a bit confusing and not very customer-friendly, though it seems to be part of their terms and conditions.

I don’t mean to be petty over a couple of pounds, but it left a bit of a sour taste—especially as the necklace, while it looked lovely online, felt quite cheaply made in person and unfortunately broke after just a couple of months of light wear. I was really hoping for something more durable.
