Original Jigsaw Co Avis 

I bought 'Thankyou for the music' for my mum. The ordering and delivery process were quick and efficient.
Mum (who is a bit of a jigsaw aficionado) really enjoyed putting the puzzle together, the cleverness and intricacy of the design and the quality. She was also really impressed with the innovative packaging.
After the puzzle was finished we spent a couple of laugh out loud evenings with her trying to guess all the musicians (over 200!) depicted over a couple of glasses of wine which was great fun. The details depicted were ingenious and we did manage to identify them all eventually! There is also a QR code to scan taking you to a playlist with a song from each artist which is a lovely touch.
This was a great jigsaw experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back 👍

I bought my brother one of the Christmas puzzles as his gift and he absolutely loved it! So many little details to pick out, and he loved reading the leaflet that came with it giving context and more information about different parts of the image. Will definitely be looking back here again for future presents.

Brilliant jigsaws and fabulous customer service. The hoover ate a piece and Customer Services AKA Ben is arranging for a replacement piece.

Just finished my third jigsaw. 'Thank you for the music',also done 'Thank you Ma'am' and 'Who let the dogs out', got them as xmas gifts for the last 3 years and really loved doing them. Really good quality also.

I received a jigsaw from my daughter for a Christmas present. I waited until all our guests had gone home. I waved a cheery farewell on the morning of the 27th (December that is) and before they had even got out of our street I had the jigsaw open and was merrily searching for the straight edges, once found it became clear that the picture I had been sent bore no relation to the puzzle pieces. I immediately got on to the company who emailed me back promptly and sorted it out with no fuss and genuine apologies. I shall definitely recommend anyone I know to the original jigsaw co. Customer service second to none. Ben is a delight to correspond with so much so that this is the first review I have ever written. 10 stars from me, if I could.

I was so looking forward to receiving our jigsaws as they look fabulous but it’s been very disappointing. The 1st one had missing pieces but they were quite quick to respond and sent us a replacement with all the pieces there. It was also kind of them to send a different one to say sorry but as we started the jigsaw we found a quarter of the edges missing and many other missing pieces. I emailed with pictures but am still waiting for a response. Very very very disappointed

The quality of the product is excellent, superb artwork and a really nice finish on the pieces themselves.

Delivery was prompt and on schedule. My wife loved the facts and notes in the poster, not something you get with most other puzzles! She was really pleased with her Xmas gift :)

I did have a query with my order and the customer support was fantastic. Ben sorted things out for us really quickly. 10/10 would recommend a puzzle from these folk.

Lovely jigsaw, very enjoyable to complete. As I haven't got a smartphone I couldn't download the key to all the inventions, but when I contacted the company about this they emailed me a copy the next day. Excellent service!

Firstly the jigsaw was beautifully made and designed. Secondly I was very aware of the thought that went into it. Thirdly they were extremely helpful when I found a piece was missing

Superbly designed, challenging puzzles. The "Impossible Christmas Jigsaw" is aptly named - and you will be thrilled and excited once you have completed it. I was!

Received ‘People who changed the World’ for Christmas - what a fabulous puzzle, excellent quality of pieces and the artwork was fabulous. Will be ordering more as soon as they have puzzles in stock. Fab to support a small business offering such great products.

Received for Christmas - Inventions that Changed the World. Fantastic details and quality. Finished it today after several days of intense jigsawing !

I bought the "Thank you for the music" puzzle for my eldest and she loved it. We had fun spotting all the artists from clues or in iconic poses. It was a uniting experience, with family members pitching in with their favourite songs and memories. So many genres featured in over 200 artists. If I was being petty, I would have loved to see some Ska represented, but there's only so much you can fit into a puzzle, I'm sure.
We loved that there was a Spotify play list to go with the puzzle-genius! We had a fun sing along and dance. My daughter is a jigsaw lover and this one was her best yet. What an original puzzle, providing hours of fun! Will totally recommend.
