Super fast delivery however my fault as didn’t realise how tall the parasol is and that it wouldn’t fit into our base as too wide ! However we managed to sand it down to fit in and chopped off about 60 cm ! It’s perfect now

On time efficient and polite

Absolutely first class service. Ordered afternoon of day one, and the whole of the parasol delivered on day three. Easy instructions to put together. Delighted with the product and the price.

I loved my two chairs they are nicely solid and good quality. My only criticism is that I didn’t realise they need putting together (maybe I missed it). It was fine apart from one screw missing!!

Product order process was fine and the two chairs were delivered on time.
The teak chairs were described as fine sanded, we were matching two other unfinished teak chairs so didn't want any finishing oil or wax on the chairs.
The chairs arrived, one had two faulty metal fixing connectors which they supplied extras following an e mail. The two chairs clearly had some type of finishing product applied to them? I suggested to Ottena that this was possibly teak oil? they replied that the factory that produces the chairs does not stock teak oil so this couldn't be true. I replied once more suggesting it was a different product perhaps? to which I still haven't had a reply a week later. Oh and no mention of an apology for anything

The furniture is beautiful and was delivered quite quickly. The only comment would be about the courier company. Their driver wasn't at all helpful. Mind you, the Ottena owner was very apologetic.

Delighted with the quality of the garden furniture. Ordered on Sunday pm, delivered Tuesday lunchtime.
The absence of assembly instructions was a little disturbing but seemed fairly straightforward. A few mortice and tenon joints to dowel peg which were numbered with labels so easy enough.
The finish is lovely ( I’m hoping for years of use )
I would definitely recommend this garden furniture and company on initial impressions.
