I accidentally ordered the wrong size bed and didnt realise until we went to set it up almost 2 weeks later as we were renovating our bedroom. From the minute I contacted the company to find out what could be done to resolve my error they were extremely helpful, even if I had been a bit snippy with my first message (which i apologised for as i realised the error was mine, not the companies!) Michelle was amazing and went above and beyond to help me get the issue resolved! I couldn't fault the company at all, I just can't wait until tomorrow now so that I dont have to sleep on the floor anymore lol!!!!

Sofa is doing well pulled my living room together had an issue with the first sofa I ordered as it was not in stock so chose an alternative unfortunately did not fit into my property 3rd time lucky and got it sorted customer service is amazing if you haven't already give them a try 100% satisfaction from me

Ordered a gaming screen in time for xmas smoothe delivery service! Unfortunately the screen began to malfunction in January- I got in touch with customer service, via email, who where amazing. After trying to source a replacement unfortunately the same screen could not be sourced however the team at Pay Smart offered an alternative (i did pay an additional £27.99 to recieve the same size screen but a far better model) collection of the old screen was organised by Pay Smart with no charge as well as the smooth order of the new screen. The best customer service experience I have had by miles! Brilliant team keep up the work i will have a very happy 12 year old again 😀

Customer service was shocking I work 5 days a week when I tried to say a time they wouldn’t allow it so had to cancel 2 deliveries with them also the delivery me were shocking they said we can’t get the sofa on they said we can leave it outside bearing in mind the weather was absolutely shocking that day rain all day I said you can take it back as I’m not accepting a wet sofa they quickly changed their mind and started to open up the boxes with the sofa in and managed very easily to get it into my home and lastly when I got home from work there was loads of big boxes just left in my garden blocking the front door absolutely disgusting I’ve got photos to prove this as well

Communication was all WhatsApp however she has made me feel comfortable and did not judge me for my mental health issues i made her aware of . She listened and has kept me informed every step of the way . Grace has exceptional customer service and listening skills , it was a privilege and pleasure to communicate with her when I was at my most vulnerable. Thank you Grace

My sofa arrived and I was not happy with the quality of it. However, I relayed my concerns to the company and eventually spoke to Melissa who has dealt with my complaint with great professional and courtesy.

Brilliant communication via day 1 up until delivery
Everything spelt out and once I got delivery date on the 5th week , I had comms with assemblers who came at 7am and set up the sofa and took all packaging

Highly recommend. I put my order in just before Christmas. It came the first week in January. Easy to clean, the fabric is super soft and so comfortable to sit on. If I ever need anything again, I'd definitely be coming back.
