Nice design
Nice design with the curverd arms and curved back rest. Very sturdy. The colour of the teak is a lovely and warm addition to our patio.

Excellent Service, and top quality furniture
Our Rugby Club wanted a memorial bench in memory of one of our Captains who had passed away. We received excellent service, a competitive price and quick delivery. We couldn’t fault the service and would have no hesitation in recommending Ottena.

Bought the 3.5m octagonal parasol to…
Bought the 3.5m octagonal parasol to replace a rectangular wooden one that I bought in about 2000. Hoping this one lasts as well!! We had bought an aluminium one to replace it (husbands choice), but it’s flimsy & didn’t last 2 summers (it’s been reinforced with a galvanised steel pipe, so still usable but rubbish).
This Ottena parasol is far more stable in a breeze and looks very attractive. I am however adding my own pompom bling to get an Asian ‘feel’.

Cream garden parasol
Delivered quickly, strong and well made, however, the colour was more yellow than cream which I didn’t like. I was disappointed as it was such good quality. I emailed Ottena and received a quick informative reply and now awaiting collection

Good sturdy but stylish chairs
Sturdy chairs made of good thickness wood. Much better than any others I could find. Comfortable and stylish. Would be a five star but for fixings which did not match the price. They can be made to work but made the job less than straightforward. The support team were very helpful though making sure I received the replacements that I needed. Overall I am very happy.
