I purchased a steamer chair cushion for my old steamer chair from Ottena, after having viewed many other websites for one, but not being able to find an exact fit.
I placed my order last Monday, the 24th June around lunchtime time and received my chair cushion 10am Wednesday morning the 26th June. Had I ordered before 12 o’clock Monday, I would have received my cushion on the Tuesday instead, but that was no fault of Ottena, just me being to slow of the mark.
An excellent service from this company from start to finish, and I have no hesitation in recommending them, or using them again for further purchases.

I have not used Ottena before so I was a little apprehensive. I should not have worried. The delivery was on time, and the garden parasol was exactly as described. I'm very happy with the quality and materials. Very good all round.

Have just received the orders and shame the order was all delivered together as we had to wait for the table and chairs. Besides that the table and chairs are lovely and very sturdy. Looking forward to using the table, chairs and the parasol.

The parasol arrived quickly and was well packaged. I had bought it to replace one that was almost identical but unfortunately the fabric is much thinner. And there is no cleat to hold the rope when the parasol is raised. However it is a much nicer parasol than others in the market.

Good website advertising a very good product. I purchased a wooden parasol which, although we have not used it yet, looks to be well built and fit for purpose. The packaging was excellent, the price competative and it arrived the next day. Good service.

Excellent product. Fedex the courier company were not so good- they missed their delivery day/time even though they knew it was going to be delayed. No fault of Ottana.

i ordered a umbrella base, not for an umbrella but for a bird feeder, and it came within days, extremely well made and with a little ingenuity from a neighbour the bird feeder fits love, i am very pleased with it.

Easy to order really prompt service, delivery on time within the allotted time period. Quality of the umbrella very good.

Great quality furniture and looks lovely in garden, very pleased with purchase .As we live Northern Ireland there was a delivery charge which we thought was quite expensive £70, and this is why we sadly feel we cannot give a five star review.
