Steamer chair cushions
This is the only company I could find selling replacement cushions with cotton covers rather than polyester. My query on measurements was answered promptly and the order arrived in a couple of days. They look great and are a glorious rich green.

Quick delivery and good quality table.
Very quick delivery of the garden table I ordered.
Received the table on a Friday and started to assemble over the weekend. There were no assembly instructions and I started to use the "chat" facility on the website which didn't work (learned later that it's not "manned" at the weekend). Actually it wasn't a problem as it was quite simple to work out which bits fitted together and in which order. Would recommend the company having received an (email) response from them to my chat that I started.

Good customer service is when when something goes wrong and how quickly it’s put right.
The delivery of my table and chairs went wrong. I emailed Ottena Customer Service and they were on it straight away. Should have been delivered on Friday. However, due to FedEx not so good service my table and chairs came on Monday. Aaron from Ottena sorted it all out for us and apologised.

Gorgeous Table
Table beautiful and solid. Very easy to put together. Service spot on can't believe how quickly we received our table. Very good price. I absolutely love my gorgeous new table, would recommend Ottena to anyone.

Excellent customer service including a bespoke video on how the parasol is deployed by the warehouse staff which was extremely useful as I only have the use of one hand. Dispatch was very quick and the 3 x 2m parasol is fabulous and is very easy to hoist. 5 stars!

Goods arrived and had mould on them
Goods arrived and had mould on them. I requested they were to be returned, they were eventually collected, many days later then it took some 14 emails to get the refund processed, at 1 point the response I got was “ they were very busy”, this is not really a good enough reason for all of the delays
