Well pleased with the patio doors all went well from ordering to fitting by Sam and Mark very professional and left a very clean and tidy job.

Terrible company.
They quoted, took a large deposit then waited 6 months to tell us the door we wanted was not available and failed to offer a comparable alternative.
Complete waste of our time while they held onto our money.

Terry and Bob arrived early, were cheerful, polite, friendly and informative and did a really professional job of installing my new front door and clearing up afterwards!
I would recommend them!

Once again Otter Windows provided service to an excellent standard when Sam & Matt fitted a new front door. I have used them in the past and will have no hesitation to do so in the future. I recommend this Company without reservation.

Mark of Otter Windows andI have been completely saisfied with the results, but I must comment on the hard work and professioalism he showed when fitting the final two windows. There was absolutely no problem with the product, but the frame that the old window came out of was perished. Mark worked tirelessly to sort out all the problems and did not finish work until 6.50 evening of 4th Sept. The result was excellent and I would have no reservations about recommending this company and it's workforce.

We recently had all of our windows and doors replaced, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to detail throughout the project.

The installation was completed on schedule, and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. The new windows and doors have completely transformed the appearance of our home, making it look more modern, bright, and welcoming. We immediately noticed improved insulation, reduced outside noise, and better energy efficiency.

The fitters Nigel, Cameron, Gary & Scott were courteous, respectful of our property, and left everything spotless when the work was finished. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and every question we had was answered promptly and professionally.

We are absolutely thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering window and door replacement. Their quality products, exceptional workmanship, and outstanding customer service made this a five-star experience.

Mark fitted a large window and door for the side access to our garage. We were quite surprised that he was alone. He was well organised and tidy and ensured that every scrap of the previous wooden fittings were taken away. Mark’s preparation must have been good because the installation looked perfect.

Our house has been transformed by our new windows. From initial consultation with John Capon through to liaising with Debbie in the office and the fitting by Bob and Terry it's been a smooth, efficient, good humoured experience. We're delighted and highly recommend them.

We had Andy come to our house. He wasn’t pushy. He explained everything, listened and let us decide what we wanted. Debbie in otter windows is lovely. On the day of installation Mark came out to fit the door. He was lovely done an amazing job. Cleaned up and took all the old door away. Thank you otter windows

From coming out to quote to the actual carrying out of the work Otter Windows have been professional. Terry and Steve who carried out the work of fitting 3 UPVC windows were professional, friendly , helpful and extremely hardworking. They left our home clean and tidy and the final finishing touches were spot on. Communication from the company, especially Debbie, was superb. We would highly recommend Otter Windows.

New front door fitted. It looks lovely and the fitting by Mark was excellent. Everything was left very tidy. I’m really pleased with the result!

Efficient, explained everything and my inner porch composite door and side glass panel looks amazing. It replaced an old 1970's/80's wooden one that wasn't very efficient on keeping heat in. The new doorway will make so much difference.
