Finally got a refund
After 3 weeks I finally received a refund. They said "We’ve investigated this with the courier, and unfortunately, it appears the parcel was lost in transit. " I find this hard to believe as this seems to be a recurring reason. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
No response to any messages
I order a pet QR tag and it was shipped promptly. However the box was already unsealed and when I when to set up the tag it had already been set up for another dog. I have emailed them twice with no response asking for a refund. Certainly won’t be using them again

Compassion, caring service
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the initial call, which seemed very business like and almost robotic. The man who came to collect our beloved girl was lovely. He showed respect and compassion. This was a better experience than a previous one we had with our vets.
Dangerously bad advice and lack of importance information
My dog got a nasty wound and I emailed to ask advice about if the wound powder would assist healing on this existing wound.
The reply was just a positive one on the product. In fact - this product should ONLY be used as a temporary measure on an immediate bleeding wound before an animal is taken to a vet. The first thing the vet will do thereon is to remove this powder before treating the wound. The fact that I had explained my pet's wound was not new and enquired if this product would aid in speeding the healing and the response I got - showed a lack of knowledge. My vet informed me it would have caused considerable pain and set back the healing - had I applied it to the existing wound. I wrote in again and told them this and suggested they make it clear how and when this product should be used and asked for feedback. I have received no reply and the product still has the same misleading information attached without stating it should only be used as a temporary measure to an immediate cut and bleeding prior to animal receiving medical treatment by a vet.
Extremely Disappointing Delivery Experience
I placed an order with Our Pets Life with next day delivery option, but it took 8 days for the parcel to arrive.
To make things worse, the parcel was delivered to my neighbour without any notification, and I spent an entire day searching for it—thinking it was lost. Their tracking system via the “Shop” app was completely useless; I couldn’t track the parcel at all.
When I finally received a reply, they blamed Yodel for not scanning the parcel. But after reading other customer reviews, I noticed a pattern: they tell everyone the same excuse. If you read through the 1-star reviews, you’ll see that delivery issues are a consistent problem with this company. Despite claiming “next day delivery,” it seems almost no one actually receives it on time.
A really frustrating and disappointing experience overall. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Terrible from start to finish
I ordered the stock online, charged for the item, plus express delivery. Item never arrived so I contacted customer services. Apparently the IT system was faulty that day and ordered were missing. A refund was issued, when requested because the customer service colleague didn’t actually take time to read or understand my request. I had to reorder, only to be charged again for the item to be out of stock. Terrible customer service, no pro active communication and left generally feeling fed up. Bad service damages reputation, order, profits and ultimately these businesses don’t survive.

Am always dubious about a company that doesn’t offer telephone support. It’s usually because they know their service offering is crap.
Ordered 19th for next day delivery and still waiting on 26th.
No reply from their email.
The fact they don’t even respond to Trustpilot reviews suggests to me they aren’t interested in customers.
I’ve used them a few times but this is the last time.

Lovely product, easy to use and the dogs love the flavour too. I will definitely be ordering this product again.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Placed an order with next day delivery and still didn’t get it after 10 days. They are saying yodel have messed up but I’ve looked at the tracking which shows yodel haven’t even received the parcel from them ?! After much complaint they now tell me they’ve issued a refund, not confident I will ever receive it given the other reviews. Do not buy from here
