Awful, unprofessional and not trustworthy experience. Ourshopee in UAE called after 6 days of placing the order to inform me that the price is 3 fold higher claiming that its their supplier mistake and not theirs of listing the item in the wrong price (how nice and true!!!!). I asked them that they should have informed me in the same day or next day of placing the order and NOT to wait until the date that I am expecting to receive the item to cancel it. I even asked them to share the price difference but employees with no experience in sales or even the least basics of dealing with customers handling the chaotic site. They didn't even bother when I told them that I will convey this message to customers in review sites. Another similar experience I endured last year. Just stay away from this site and save yourself the headache.

Really bad experience - they took money for products they did not have in stock and then just delivered a partial order. They did not bother contacting me and I had to get in touch with them. They kept promising updates but then just didn't let me know - again relying on me to contact them. As if that weren't bad enough, they then started spamming me on WhatsApp - as if I am ever going to use them again. Complete waste of time. I have no idea if or when I will get the rest of the order or a refund. Definitely avoid Ourshopee.

one of the worst site to buy online after cancelling the product which was their mistake these people don't even read ur text or tell u how many days for refund.

I ordered 5 items. Only 3 were delivered. When asked about remaing 2 items delivery date. There was no reply. No one bothered to inform as to why only 3 items were delivered and when other 2 items will be delivered. Total unprofessionalism

i had an absolutely terrible experience with Ourshoppee that I would never recommend to anyone. Ordering online was simple and quick, however I had issues with the order. From the very beginning, their customer support was non-responsive and completely unhelpful. I had an issue with my order and tried contacting them multiple times, but never received a response. To make matters worse, I never received any updates on my product. I had no idea when it would be shipped or delivered, as it was already over 10 days delay. To date no update or delivery. Generic BS response received from whatsapp customer service.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service and experience provided by Ourshoppee

The guy who has the contact in Kuwait is very bad, very rude, never picking up calls and never replying on whatsapp, please employ decent people

The worst company and customer service avoid at all cost!
I order from without checking the previous costumers reviews. I placed my order and received it but the product didn’t work out for me so instantly and kindly I contacted them to return and refund. However, they started to ignore my messages, emails and phon calling. They even questioned me why I opened the package and I was like how am I supposed to know if the device is working or not if I don’t open it. I told them that I tried it and within 24 hours I called them to return it. It’s in its original packaging. For six days now they were procrastinating and trying to make me give up on the case. They don’t answer the phone calling, emails or WhatsApp messages. Now I’m stuck with this device and I have to monthly pay for it. Their delivery service sucks they told me I’ll receive it by Friday but I had to wait until Sunday. Now I’m stuck with this insufficient device and I have to monthly pay for it

Placed order 10th October, order was promised delivery on 15th, called 16th to follow up, was told two more days, called again 19th told two more days. Dont bother with them. Find someone else. All other positive reviews were made within 24hours of each other so I suspect them all to be fake. Wish I checked out here first before loosing my money.

I placed an order on 3rd Sep. I am still waiting for 2 items to be delivered. They do not answer emails. Their WhatsApp does not respond, their phone just goes to voicemail. Rubbish service. The goods are also not as shown. My grinder was a completely different brand and it was used before. The vibro belt came with no box, no packaging - just like that in the delivery bag. The other 2 items I am still waiting for and a different size phone screen protector was delivered!!! They don't care and it is really not worth buying from this company. They should be reported to the ministry and closed down!

I would like to raise a complain about my experience in this online ourshopee company. I placed an order August 8, and expected to be deliver on August 13, as o was expecting this day. after several follow ups via emails, calls for no response. I am very frustrated about the service! Please do not trust this online marketing as they give you a head ache! Very poor service! Managers should look on this matter!

They are late with the shipment and not responding to phone calls and emails !!

I send my new mobile to repair it and its been 2 month ..10 days before they said now my mobile is OK even they are not delivering it..call/msg they will not responding

My order is late 2 weeks and I don't know if I'm going to get it. I'm trying to contact them but can't even reach them. I've sent emails and no response, I'm trying to call but can't reach to customer service.

I ordered two PC components on 31 Jan with a delivery date of 5 Feb. On 5 Feb the order was not "Packed" yet. I sent several emails regarding the delay and only one was answered. Calling phone support was a nightmare. I gave up after holding for 33 minutes. Finally reached support and asked to have my order cancelled. This lead to more delays and the refund process is utter torture. I will NEVER buy from OurShopee com again. It's not worth the drama and effort.

Nice instalment option. I got my phone just now. Delivered on time. Nice delivery guy. So kind and helpful
