No confirmation email received so had to ring the helpline. All in order but still no confirmation. However order received in good time and all well.

Arrived in bubble wrap, not a manufacturer's box. How do I know it is genuine? Currently checking with the manufacturer to see if my item is legit.
Update; legit it is, just would have liked it in a box from the manufacturer.

Unfortunately I had to send back 2 pairs of sandals because they didn't fit comfortably. Although I haven't yet received the refund on the second pair (I only returned them yesterday), I have found service from Etrias to be absolutely impeccable. Returns were prompt and free. Also very helpful on the phone. Just a shame the sandals didn't fit, but that isn't their fault.

Ordered a EXIT swimming pool and cover. It was not clear when they products would arrive. I phoned customer service and the lady informed me that the cover would be a a bit of a wait. So, she added an extra order so I could receive the pool earlier and the cover when it is available. The lady was very helpful and friendly.
Very impressed with the customer care, delivery and website. Highly recommend them.

I had never bought with outdoor supply or etrias. Good experience. Quickly notified me that there was an issue getting the product from the supplier and there would be a delay. Still arrived fairly quickly. Good communication and customer service

There was initially a confusion regarding shipping times which were advertised as 1-3 days on the website but 2-5 days on the confirmation email I received placing the order online. I contacted the customer service via email and have very swiftly received a confirmation that the 1-3 days is correct and in fact my delivery is just being prepared for pick up. I have received the product within 48 hours of placing the order - great service, very happy with it.
