The Blair looks gorgeous in our guest room
Bought this for the guest bedroom and honestly love it. Wood base feels sturdy, no sharp edges. Dimmer doesn't go super low but not a dealbreaker. Guests have already complimented it!

I ordered from Outlight a few weeks ago and honestly had a great experience from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, checkout was smooth, and my order arrived faster than expected. The product itself is exactly as described — good quality and works perfectly. I did have a quick question about my order and their customer service got back to me pretty quickly, which I appreciated. Overall I'd definitely shop here again and would recommend them to anyone looking for electronics. No complaints at all.

Meh product
1. Packages arrived at different times, many weeks apart. I had to contact the company to see where the 2nd package was. It seemed like they forgot.
2. No instructions.
3. Fasteners are visible. It makes the product look cheap and corny.
4. The bulb's Kelvins are cold and commercial, casting a disruptive, jarring light.
5. You cannot install all 3 bulbs. Try it and let me know the secret to how you can fit all 3 bulbs into the shade.

Modern and sophisticated
The lights were shipped in a timely manner. Our contractor installed them on our new house and garage. They are very attractive accent lights which look modern and sophisticated.

I bought a lamp from the company. After just 3 months, the lamp broke, and customer service told me they couldn't do anything for me. I will never buy from them again. The quality of their lamps is very poor, and I wouldn't recommend any of their products.

Bought a beautiful lamp, the Olin, and I had it shipped to a different location. When I got there and tried to put it together, the screws were too short to attach the legs to the base. After repeated emails, there is NO PHONE NUMBER, he emailed back stating there are no instructions, and he saw that it had been over 30 days since purchase, so there was nothing they had to do. So I'm trying to cancel a second order, their tracking does not work, and 4 emails later, NOTHING.

Ordered one of floor lamps. Took 9-10 weeks to arrive instead of 5 weeks. When we reached out at 6 weeks they said, dont worry you will get your package SOMEDAY and to trust them but wouldnt give us any ETA. The product after arriving had zero install instructions just had bunch of things in chinese which even ChatGPT couldn’t figure out and literally require to join a bunch of wires which didn’t make any sense. It gave you random nuts /bolts. We gave up after 3 hrs of trying. Horrible experience

Purchased a light 45 days ago for a new house we are building. The electricians tried to install it but the internal wires were not soldered. We asked for a replacement and was told no because it was over 30 days old although it was in a box until our electricians could install it. I spent $600 on a lamp from Outlight and have had nothing but problems from the moment my order arrived. I strongly caution anyone from purchasing from this company.
First, my free gift with purchase was never delivered — lost somewhere in New York. When I reported it, I was told they could not send a replacement and was offered a $25 discount on a future purchase. That is not a resolution.
Then, after waiting five weeks, my lamp arrived without its lampshade. This is not a lamp that works without one. When I contacted customer service, they initially claimed it would arrive in a separate shipment — which was false. Their own records confirmed only one box was ever shipped. I was then instructed to submit a return request just to get the lampshade sent to me. That return was denied.
Since then, Outlight has largely stopped responding to my emails. Sebastian did reach out early on and offered a $50 goodwill refund, which I appreciate, but a $50 credit means nothing when I have an incomplete, $600 lamp sitting in my home that I cannot use. This is not a lampshade I can simply purchase elsewhere — it is specific to this lamp.
I am now trying to return the lamp entirely, but because of the prior return submission, I cannot process it through normal channels. I have had to request a prepaid return label just to send back a product that was never complete to begin with.
For a company charging this much for their products, the customer service is inexcusably poor. Missing items, misinformation, denied returns, and unanswered emails are not what you expect at this price point. I would not recommend Outlight to anyone.
