MY FIRST ORDER WITH ‘ OUT OF THE CITY ‘ MAINLY DUE TO A GENUINE SALE ON SEVERAL COUNTRY LABELS AT COMPETITIVE PRICES. THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS EXEMPLARY, MY JACKET WAS DISPATCHED IMMEDIATELY USING A 24 HOUR TRACKED SERVICE, ARRIVING THE NEXT DAY. I RETURNED THE JACKET ( TOO LARGE ) MY REFUND WAS ISSUED THE SAME DAY MY ITEM ARRIVED AT THE WAREHOUSE. MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS 5* I WILL DEFINITELY VISIT THE WEBSITE FOR FUTURE PURCHASES.

AS IT WAS A SMALL SIZE I REQUESTED FOR IT TO BE RETURNED IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE EXTREMELY SYMPATHETIC AND RESPONDED WITH "CERTAINLY".
