I purchased the Joules blouse at a very reasonable and competitive rate. Received the item very quickly and all email communication was prompt.

MY FIRST ORDER WITH ‘ OUT OF THE CITY ‘ MAINLY DUE TO A GENUINE SALE ON SEVERAL COUNTRY LABELS AT COMPETITIVE PRICES. THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS EXEMPLARY, MY JACKET WAS DISPATCHED IMMEDIATELY USING A 24 HOUR TRACKED SERVICE, ARRIVING THE NEXT DAY. I RETURNED THE JACKET ( TOO LARGE ) MY REFUND WAS ISSUED THE SAME DAY MY ITEM ARRIVED AT THE WAREHOUSE. MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS 5* I WILL DEFINITELY VISIT THE WEBSITE FOR FUTURE PURCHASES.

HAVING CHOSEN A DELIGHTFUL BLAZER FOR MY AUNT WHO LIVES IN GERMANY.
ORDERING AND RECEIVING WAS EXCELLENT SERVICE.
SADLY MY AUNT PASSED AWAY ON 8TH APRIL, NOT HAVING SEEN HER BLAZER.
