Easy to order. Everything was well packaged and arrived on time.

Excellent customer service. These guys really care and go the extra mile to make sure you get the solution you want. Also excellent value for money and great quality product.

Got X3 samples of decking from your company on request to let us see the styles and colours which we are considering for our decking renewal in the spring of 2026. The samples arrived promptly within 3 days. Still deciding! We have already got someone to tackle the project but the weather here has been awful!

I haven’t actually placed a full order yet but I ordered samples which were sent immediately and very well packaged. I would have confidence in ordering from the company.

The delivery was delayed by a week. Meaning changing plans with construction team, build plans, arrangements at home for providing access while I was due to travel and dog boarding. Delay also cause a loss of business for the contractors. On top of this I chased the company up 5 times with calls enquiring about the delivery date and of the 5 calls I made, I only received an email once, a few days before delivery which left me scrambling last minute plans. Finally, some of the frames were marginally out of spec, meaning that the contractor had to make adjuestments which delays the project even further.
UPDATE:
Since this original review, Ovaeda provided a small refund and apology for the delay which they explained was out of their control, therefore I've decided to change my rating to 4 stars

Ordered samples. Arrived super quick. Nice quality decking, may place order!

The original order failed to arrive due to damaged package at the delivery company. I chased for several days and Ovaeda decided to resend the order FOC which was appreciated. I then received both packages, the damaged one broken open with items missing and other bits broken but the new FOC received fine ..Thank you

Product did not live up to its description.

Before I get going, I should say the product is great quality and Armani did his best to get the issues sorted out.
But I feel I need to talk about the delivery. The main bulk arrived with Pallet Ways. The guy spoke to me on the doorbell, he was rude and worryingly out of breath. He said I need to bring people to unload. Luckily I grabbed a colleague and headed home. I found the Pallet Ways driver sitting in his cab having made no effort to make a start. Needless to say, he did nothing to help, pulling his trouser up would have been start! Had this been my wife home alone then the delivery would have been cancelled, 42 deckboards was no joke.
Ovaeda do state on their email, if you are not there the delivery might not take place, well if you are there and cannot lift heavy items, then forget it, it won’t happen with Pallet Ways.
To add insult to injury, parts were missing. Sadly we had to have another delivery arranged. So, plans made and stayed in waiting for my delivery. Finally I called Ovaeda and got no answer, apparently phones broken and no delivery arrived. Got hold of Armani on the Friday to be told the delivery guys ran out of time, I guess my phone was not working either.
DX were the delivery team this time, to be fair he was brilliant, he unloaded and even pulled our bin up. Couldn’t have been more helpful!

I forgot to mention, pallet ways failed to show on the first delivery as well.

So, 2 failed deliveries, damaged parts, pallet ways and a guys backside on display later, we got our decking and it is good but was it worth all this? No !

Amazing experience Armarni is really easy to work with he provided plans and photos of options.
He responded to all my calls promptly, delivery was on time as promised.
The quality of the products is outstanding.
I highly recommend the product and the staff .

excellent company for decking supplies, been using them for many years - always spot on!

The free samples of ceramic drive tiles were sent quickly and packaged really, really well…our builder was so impressed that he is going to recommend them to future customers!

Although there were some third party delivery issues not Ovaeda’s fault it was immediately sorted by Armani from Ovaeda and customers service assistance has been impeccable.
