Using ETX really is a personalized experience. You ask a question and get a phone call, pretty damn good... Fully recommend

Initially I chose to trade on the ETX platform for the low 10p per point trading to help with risk management. Also I found the layout of the trading platform very user friendly, operating from a single screen, clearly laid out. Very happy with it in the few months I've been operating.
The only very minor problem I had was once I executed a trade thinking I was trading at 10p per point as it said on the screen. I had altered the display to 10p per point and then changed to another currency pair, which reset it to 50p per point, but it wasn't obvious on the screen. Once you know the reset the screen when you change currencies it's ok, only a minor problem.

Etx platform is very straightforward to use but some of the charges when I closed a trade were a bit confusing.

Easy and straightforward to use right from day one .

Have only been using the trading platform for 3 months, find it easy to use and the size of the stakes suit my trading strategy..
Have only had to use customer services once when the landing page wouldn't load and then wouldn't except my password, took 2 calls to resolve issue with second call resulting in an email sent to reset my password.
Overall experience so far good, platform easy to use and alerts to my mobile phone are prompt whether positive or negative trades, charges seem reasonable, although have not compared other trading platforms.

I get all the current financial information I require to keep track of my daily investments.

Quick and easy to setup account. Great support. Human friendly customizable platform. ETX allow you to start small and grow larger.

Efficient and easy to use

I had three occasions when the trade did not respect the Stop Loss and continued to trade and made me more loss. When I asked for an explanation, I was told brutally that it was due to poor connectivity!

There is only one major issue, having to log out and log back in after only about 10 minutes inactivity. There are no messages to say the link is inactive, it will let me attempt a trade or modification and then after some time it says, words to the effect of, timed out try later.
IG does not have this problem.

Very helpful and switched on. Pleased with service compared to IG.

Good platform and excellent range of markets

Servers can't always cope when markets are busy, have had up to 5 trade requests in a row refused. Otherwise happy with the service.

I had an issue with connecting to my trading platform. having raised this issue with customer service @ ETX , Mike went over and beyond to help resolve my connecting problem.
I found mike and the IT staff knowledgeable, patient and friendly:) we even spoke about Christmas, Rally. in between mike looking into the issue to make it all informal ( like speaking to a buddy )

No problems in 2 years of being a client. Tight spreads and no slippage to speak of. Good support when I had some minor queries.
