Recently moved to a new house and couldn’t face cleaning someone else’s dirt and grime. Contacted OvenGleamers who got in touch straight away and made an appointment for 2 days later. Matt left the kitchen clean and went above and beyond to get the oven nice for us!! Amazing service, would highly recommend

The OvenGleamers service, from booking right through to job completion was top notch.
Matt, who did the clean itself, was polite, friendly and very efficient - bringing a frankly pretty filthy oven back to new looking well within two hours.
We are super happy with the result, and can highly recommend this company - we will definitely be using them again in future.

John cleaned my quite dirty oven. He made such a good job of it that it looks brand new. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent cleaning job done on their ovens.

I believe the gentleman who cleaned my cooker was called Tyler.
He did an excellent job and the result was a gleaming cooker.
His work was really 1st Class - also he was a very friendly, nice person.

My oven was really filthy but Jason spent an extended period of time making it virtually as good as new. Jason does a really great job and is a very nice man as well! Highly recommend him to anyone in the Lewes, East Sussex area.

Martino certainly had a challenge when he turned up today, but he faced it with enthusiasm and good humour. He did an amazing job and the double oven, hob and extractor fan are gleaming. Did not think it was possible.

Martino came and cleaned my AGA and it looks brand new! He was excellent and very professional, polite and friendly. As a bonus he didn't mind me practising my Spanish with him while he cleaned!

The cleaner took about 80% of the promised time to get my aga 80% clean.
He asked me to check his work and I pointed out a number of marks that I removed with my thumbnail.
I suggested he have another go. I could not check his work as I was in an online meeting.
I did contact the company promptly and tell them the aga was still not clean. (for example, he had clearly not cleaned the hinges or the front around the doors properly). The company said they would send him back.
This did not suit me as a resolution since he had already had two attempts and I needed the aga on to cook (they must be off for cleaning and take a day to heat up and cool down).
I asked for a partial refund - since they had provided a partial service. After waiting to hear back for nearly a week, I followed up.
I was told "they could not remove rust" (the marks I pointed out were not rust) and "they would send me some goodies in the post". That was not an acceptable resolution for me (and nothing has arrived anyway).

OvenGleamers were found to be polite in every conversation on the phone. The young man who came to the home was polite and friendly. I found him reliable and fully committed to the task in hand. He wasted no time, working throughly. He was professional in his attitude and actions. Immaculate finish to the job. The oven looks as new. Thank you. I recommend this service and this company.

Very disappointing service. Had issues with cleaners and am still waiting for someone to contact me after weeks. Very poor communications once contract signed.

We had Jamielee come and do our 2 ovens, cooker hood and hob, Not only did she do a brilliant job on them all but was also a delight to talk to and had a lovely bubbly personality. Something you can't get with AI technology! Would thoroughly recommend this firm and you'll be very fortunate if you get Jamielee to do the job.

My oven now looks like new. Jamie Lee took every removable part out of the oven and removed the door. She then cleaned every single part thoroughly and efficiently, and then put it all back together.
I have had ovens cleaned before, but not nearly as well as this. It was worth every penny, thank you.

Do not use this company
Payment is requested upfront and when an issue is reported they do not take any responsibility for their poor workmanship
The engineer cleaned our oven which was acceptable however the rails were not put back correctly which caused the trays to slope, we corrected that ourselves
The main complaint was that our induction hob, which is glass, he scraped the surface with a razor blade and solvent.
It was after he had left our premises that we noticed a number of scratches on the surface in the direction that he used the blade
The customer relations that called us after many attempts by us to get a response stated that they would not visit to examine the damaged hob and that they considered the matter closed.
As a company please take ownership of your engineers poor workmanship.

Thes were sent same day I still haven’t received any communication

What a shambles of a company not only do they not accept any responsibility or check the issues raised they take 5 months to respond to a review.

The measure of a company and person is what they do when they make mistakes and cause damage - this happens from time to time - what shouldn't happen is you are left with a damaged oven and are treated so so poorly and you left with a damaged cooker that you have to pay to get it fixed on top of the £££ you gave away for nothing but stress, sleepless nights and upset.

A disaster biggest regret using them, a really upsetting experience. From the damaged door seal, broken door hinges, blown fuses, being called a liar and refusal to put any of it right or to be refunded I now have to pay for new hinges and the door seal to be fitted to my once perfect just a bit dirty oven.

OvenGleamers have proven so far to be the nightmare company you read about on consumer watchdog programmes. Left feeling really upset and down and humiliated because of how I have been treated, you have a responsibility to do the right thing and at no point so far have you.

Catherine and Grahame I'd be really interested to see if you have the whole story, I can only hope that you don't and you will be horrified that a customer has had such terrible treatment I can give you every detail. Please take this opportunity to the honorable thing and refund me so I can put the broken door and seal back to as they were, perfect - before OvenGleamers caused this damage and upset and I can let other potential customers know you did the decent professional thing in the end - reputation really is everything, how you treated me is awful.

Richard arrived promptly, introduced himself and set to work. He was polite and courteous and when he finished the oven, my goodness, it was gleaming!!. I keep looking at it as I'm convinced he must have used new shelves etc. I don't think it looked this good when it was new. Brilliant job and booked in for annual visit.

I had the hob cleaned as well as the oven but unfortunately was left with 3 broken hobs afterwards. I couldn't get a response from the cleaner himself so called head office who (after several efforts from me) arranged a repair visit. That was after one staff member told me I'd have to take legal action to sort it! Saldy two hobs remain broken after the repair and I never heard from Oven Gleamers again to see if it was all sorted. I appreciate that sometimes things go wrong with services but oven gleamers didn't fill me with confidence at all and I would avoid them in future. A pretty poor customer experience.
