I booked disneyland Paris at there low price the advertised. After taking my info and payment information they cancelled the order and said there were no tickets even thought it's 3 months away and tickets are not sold out.

They then raised the price back up. Pretty sure there just farming your data.

Reply: Do you have any info on the promotion? Usually it runs for a set date not number of tickets. I just want the tickets that were promised. Also the customer support is non existent. I emailed and got no response. I received a response here almost immediately. Don't use this company you will regret it from my experience.

Great price and easy to book

Easy to use and way cheaper than booking direct with the vendor. The website is pretty straightforward, found what I wanted, paid, and was done in five minutes.

Fast and Easy, Good Customer Service

Process was easy, and the ticket I purchased was cheaper than what I would have paid directly to vendor.

One issue—I was initially sent a ticket for the wrong visit date. I emailed as soon as I noticed and received a quick reply stating that it would be fixed. A new ticket was issued shortly after. If it weren’t for the initial error, I would have rated 5 stars.

Floating Market and Risky Train Experience

Truly a unique experience for our family. The Maeklong Railway Market was enjoyable and offered products that was reasonably price. Over the Planet team was efficient and organized. We would also like to highlight our driver/tour guide, Mr. Jack, he was insightful and was a joy to have.

Not true fans of the Hobbits

Although not true fans of the Hobbit and Lord of the rings stories, the visit to the film set was a must do experience.
The tour was conducted in a way that being a fan was not required to enjoy it.
Highly recommend this attraction to everybody that visits NZ.

It was easy and no complications although I was a little anxious about the e-purchase reliability when I reached the ticketing booth at Adelaide Zoo entrance. The code is in the email. All good!

we booked this tour

we booked this tour, no one told us that we needed to get a visa, since it was our first time flying to another country, we didn’t know that we needed to get a visa and we didn’t see this information, they didn’t let us through at the border and we sat for 5 hours at the border waiting for the bus to return, they didn’t give us any compensation!

We do not provide visas or travel documentation, and it is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that the correct documents are in place before crossing borders. This information is included in our booking terms, though we will review how it is presented to make it clearer in the future.

We also noticed that there was no communication with our team prior to or during the trip regarding this issue. In situations like this, we strongly encourage travelers to reach out to us directly - often, we can provide guidance or clarify details in advance to avoid such complications.

I got late to go back to the meeting place 10 minutes, I get a call to hurry back to the meeting place in which I arrived 3 minutes later to see that they had left without me… then was asked to take a taxi to the next destination, which would be 100$, or go back to the city 3 hours away. I was a wrong to forget the time that we were supposed to meet, but it’s very ungrateful and disrespectful to abandon a client in the middle of nowhere and think that’s fine. I don’t recommend this company to anyone, you never know if it will happen to you.
No need to come here and try to justify, I was wrong but you guys lack empathy and a lot of other human values…
