Skip arrived nice and early. And promptly collected, driver was so helpful too, as he loaded extra stuff into the skip that we thought wouldn't be accepted.

i have ordered a skip for a few days and the guy that brought it in and collected it was awesome. professional, efficient and quickly in and out. costumer service was a good also just a little confusing on communication and info but still okay.

Missed bin collection
My bins were not collected on Friday, i was on holidays abroad and sent an email explaining that i hadnt received my bill via email and paid straight away, a lovely agent, Darah, responded to me and told me would look into situation and came back almost immediately and asked if i could leave bins out for the next morning, i unfortunately didnt see email until later saturday afternoon.. went back to Darah and was advised if i could get bins put out on Monday night he would arrange collection on tuesday morning, neighbours put bins out for me, and they were emptied. Darah was so helpful and pleasant and really felt it was above and beyond a normal customer service response .. amazing service .. thank you Darah

Loses 1 star as skip wasn't delivered…
Loses 1 star as skip wasn't delivered to the afternoon despite only being booked for 1 day. I had paid to guys to load it and usually skips are delivered early morning. Was told there was no skip in the area for morning when I rang. There was only the date on booking schedule .it would be helpful if you could pick the time when booking.Shouldn't take bookings if they don't have skips available. Otherwise delivery and pickup were fine

Hired a skip from Oxigen Environmental - Ballymount, Dublin. The entire process was incredibly smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly . Communication was fast and highly professional from start to finish. Contact impossible
Th delivery and collection was OK, as it turned out. But I wanted to know delivery & pick up times.
The 0818 number was always busy, the 042 number cut off after 22min on hold, my email was not answered. We live remotely and if we are not in, the gate is locked.
If you cannot be contacted, I cannot use you again. Your website did not have a button to register as a new user, either!!!
