Skip arrived nice and early. And promptly collected, driver was so helpful too, as he loaded extra stuff into the skip that we thought wouldn't be accepted.

Great service Midland Region
Whole process from beginning to end was great. I was dealing with the man in the midland office and he couldn't have been more helpful. Very efficient and helpful. I had to get a second skip and he got it to me so quickly. The man who collected the skips was the same, friendly, helpful and efficient.

Vida in the Dundalk office was fantastic, the person in Drogheda was an ignorant sod.
Thank you Vida for all your help, and also to the driver who collected the skip, he was a gentleman,
The person in Drogheda needs to go and learn some manners and also how to deal with customers.

Skip not collected yet
Skip delivered as expected but still not collected and we're now nearly at 4 days since collection was due.
When you ring oxigen you get little to no information other than one of our branches is due to collect it, getting frustrated now having to phone up Oxigen to ask constantly. Need this skip gone asap.
Edit - collected this morning. But in future some communication would be good

I have had nothing but problems with my…
I have had nothing but problems with my bins getting emptied since I signed with Oxigen in June. They didn't collect my organic waste and when I complained they said they would return and didn't. Complained again and the same problem. I'm sick of this. Not the best company for giving customers what they are paying for.

The worst customer service in the country, absolutely appauling, I don't know how they are even open, Staff are a joke and need some serious training on how to do their jobs .

I ordered the skip online and then…
I ordered the skip online and then tried to call to ask what time the skip would arrive nobody could answer this question I told them I needed to be with the driver as we have an electric car and need access for charger and I arrived home the drive comepltely blocked charger inaccessible

They make my son's day!
Overall the service provided is excellent and no challenges what so ever.
However, the reason for 5 stars goes beyond this. My not quite 2 year old son always runs to the window when he hears the truck coming into the estate, and when they get to our house the team are always so eager to wave, flash their lights, and make a big deal for him, and it really makes his day.
Other compaines who service our area don't do the same despite having an opportnity to.
Its a little thing, but has a massive positive impact for our family!

Skip arrived on time but collection was late . We needed access to the front garden after the choosen date for pick up. I made many attempts to call dublin center with no answer and 2 emails left by the middlands team . Communication was dissappointing . Still awaiting the team for collection
