Leanne always gets onto maintenance issues promptly and is helpful in making sure all bases are covered before sending out a tradesman if it's potentially a "user issue"! Thanks Leanne, great to have you back looking after us.

As a migrant refugee to Aotearoa, Oxygen has been so easy to deal with and always so prompt to respond to my queries and request.

I've had an excellent experience in dealing with Binnie, she promptly handles any questions or repairs regarding the rental property and keeps us informed of any pertinent information.

My property is well managed by Cushla Heaven, I get statements sent out on time every month. I am also well informed about the condition of my property and if there are any changes to the tenants.

5 stars for my property manager Leanne Phillips. I’ve recently vacated one of her properties and moved to another region and my heart hurts knowing I’ll never have another PM like her. She’s kind, fun, and gets shet done before you can even finish your sentence. For almost 6 years she’s been in my corner and I miss her heaps already. Keep being you Lele!

Tracey Wylie-Cheer had a hard act to follow in the quality of our previous Oxygen Property Manager. However she hit the ground running and has maintained the excellent communication and prompt action and advice that we expect from our management company. We have nothing but praise for her performance.

I moved into my home on Friday 7th July 2023, after meeting Cushla in person on the same day. She is very down to earth, open, honest and funny to talk to. Before we met, we had communicated by phone & email to make sure I had all my documents i.e. Tenancy Agreement & Bond Lodgement etc were signed & sent and my utilities set up before my move-in date, so I already felt at ease when we finally met.
In the office, we ran through the details of my contract and forms. She pointed out some areas I had signed or initialled by mistake that was meant for her. She explained them before signing the places herself, which I appreciated.
Once I started moving my stuff in, I found the house beautifully clean, the electricity on, and the internet modem/satellite-thingy (which had been delivered days earlier) inside, ready to be installed. Easy!
I've had 1 inspection since moving in. I hadn't read the notification properly, where it said Cushla would visit on 29th August, between 9:00am & whenever. At 8:45am on the day, I went out with my 2 guests who were staying with me, and returned home around midday. I thought Cushla had already been, so we spread ourselves out in different rooms and took naps. Then Cushla turned up. She said we could arrange it for another day, but I told her to go ahead and do the inspection. She viewed every room, except my bedroom where my grown son was sprawled out and fast asleep. Cushla complimented my tidiness and gave us lollies as a thank you. My guests have since gone home, but I will always remember that day and laugh. Thank you Cushla!

Had an issue with power lines from street to flat arcing and sparking etc...Called fire brigade and Aileen from Oxygen. I learned that Aileen was on annual leave but she calmly and professionally organised electrician to come out and sort it.

Katy is always professional, which I very much appreciate. Any matters that may come up are dealt with promptly. She is easy to contact and communicates clearly. These qualities are important to me, so yeah. Cheers.

Binnie is very approachable and considerate agent. Whenever there is any issues in the house, she replies and organizes the repairs promptly

Dealing with Thereza is always easy even when she is delivering bad news. Recently she contacted me about a small breakage at my rental. She rang with a quote and was concerned at the amount but wanted my opinion. I agreed that the amount was excessive, so she hunted out a quote that was almost half price. Very happy!

Fix the issue very smoothly, booked the plumber and got it done next day. 👍

I had my house inspection this morning and Anna was great. She was chatty and considerate to the fact that I am a night shift worker and needed to get some sleep. Anna changed a light bulb for me and addressed a couple of other issues I had. I have always found her to be very friendly and professional to deal with. Thanks Sue Abbott

My property Manager is not only friendly she gets things done straight away so in my opinion she deserves 100%.

Thereza is a down to earth but very professional person to have help manage the property. Any issues have been dealt with promptly.

Jamie Richardson gave prompt attention to our need for a heat pump. We appreciate the difference it has made tour home.
