Communication is key
Katy is the property manager i deal with and she is awesome, communication is definitely a key role she gets things sorted as fast as she can, lets me know in advance of any new changes. So because of that I've had no issues.

Sandy was very friendly
Sandy was very friendly, she listen to problem’s and sort it out immediately. Given good walkthrough of the QR code and the process for maintenance.
Moreover my kids clean up their room when I say Sandy is coming to check the house and they know they get Chocolate😊
