I was so excited to get and use this bag for my new school year as a teacher. I just started school on 8/10 AND I was ill for four days, so I've only been in attendance for 6 days total, and my zipper already broke. I specifically went with you guys because I was looking for a more durable version than what I could find on Amazon. For this price point, I'm so disappointed.

I bought this bag and it lasted 4 days before it broke and was unusable. I sent an email to the company with photos and they promised to send a replacement. That was more than six months ago and despite following up numerous times- I have not heard from them again.

I received my order within a week of placing it. I purchased: backpack, tote, lunch box and a bag charm. Quality is excellent on all. I have mostly been using the back pack. I love it. Mine is the color blocked black and white. All if the metal on it is a very feminine rose gold. It is so pretty. The bag functions well as advertised. I honestly was shocked to see negative reviews. I really love mine. My co worker loves mine and plans to purchase one.

Exactly what I wanted! Years ago I carried a six pack fitness work bag, but I wanted more flexibility with the lunch containers I pack as well as a backpack versus a shoulder bag. This all-in-one backpack is perfect! I don't carry a purse, but my work bag needs to function like one. The food area is larger than you'd think. My new lunch salad bowl fits perfectly.

Fast postage, fabulous customer service and the bag is well made however, there’s a small design flaw! If the lunch bag isn’t in the bottom section and full, the bag collapses in on itself making it difficult to pack from the top! Yeti water bottles don’t fit the side pockets, too big but I can fix that by buying a smaller drink bottle! All in all I’m pleased with my purchase.

Bag is not as advertised.
There is no structure to the bag. It’s very floppy.
It does fit all my things but I thought there would be structure to slide my lunchbox in. I wouldn’t spend that much money on this bag. I would buy the Amazon bag.

I'm sad to see the reviews so low. I am a bag Fanatic. Some people love shoes, some love clothes or yeti cups, me... I love bags of all shapes and sizes. It gets me in trouble some times. lol
I will admit though that I have been looking for the 'perfect' bag and seeing the packuumbags I was a bit skeptical of it being 100% perfect but y'all... I LOVE it!! I use it for work (I travel a lot) and it fits my larger laptop which I was kinda concerned about. But not only that, the front part that separates the food bag from the zippered top works SO WELL. Annnnnd if you don't need the food storage area, the splitter unzips and you can use the full bag top to bottom! You can also fit folders and books in your laptop area. I also wasn't expecting it to be so soft and comfortable. I have SEVERAL backpacks and they feel weighted in areas... this one is truly very nice to the touch, no digging into your shoulders and well made. I'm leaving on vacation in two days and I'll be taking it with me. I honestly feel like I found 'my bag' of all traits! I'm not sure it there is a spot to upload a photo, but if you're on their website - I bought the black and soft pink one. The 'modern lunch backpack'. I absolutely 100% LOVE it.
And I'll end this with I had no issues buying the product, nor were there any hiccups with delivery. I had a Great experience all the way around.

I experienced a long delivery time, with no communication. I was the one to continually follow them up. Once I received my bag I wasn’t really impressed with the quality of the material, or the way the bag sat when a laptop wasn’t holding it upright. Recently the zip for the laptop broke, it just kept opening up while zipped. When I contacted the company to discuss a solution, I wasn’t told that because the issue did not happen within 7 days of delivery the bag was not eligible for refund or return.

Youtube reviews suggest support problems. However I received what I expected in reasonably good time product appears to be as expected

The bag finally arrived but I never received the free gifts. The quality of material is mediocre and not at all what was advertised. I’m happy I received the bag but I would NOT recommend anyone spending over $100 as I did! This was a waste to be honest!

Long delivery times, no communication. DO NOT BUY.

Bag smelled like fish! I put it out in the garage for one week. Still had to wash it inside and out with Mrs. Meyer disinfectant cleaner. I wonder if the 2 sachets in the bag were the source of the odor.

I do like the bag and its functionality.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Zero stars. Poor quality product and poor customer service. The product developed a fault in less than a year, and despite contacting the company, I received little to no meaningful response. My request for a replacement was refused, even though the product failed well before what any reasonable consumer would expect.
Based on my experience, the company has not met these obligations.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you're prepared to deal with poor after-sales support if something goes wrong.

I was sceptical... but when it arrived I was so impressed. This bag has done everything I hoped it would. Very happy with my purchase ☺️

They are a SCAM company. The backpack I received was different from the advertised product, and getting a refund has been anything but simple. They expect customers to pay hundreds of dollars to ship returns to China. I'm now disputing the charge with my bank because they havr now ghosted me and are NOT replying back to me!

Don't order from them!! Total scam. I ordered May 2 and still haven't received a thing. I requested the order to be cancelled and to refund my money. They said it would be a 30% restocking fee. Whatever, some money back is better than none. They confirmed on May 11th they were sending the cancellation over to processing. I emailed them on June 22nd for an update and they said they couldn't refund me because it was already shipped and to give them a few more days to update the shipping info. It's been almost 2 months!!

I'm disputing with my bank to see if I can get my money back. DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY!!!! Communication is horrible. It is not what it seems!!!! False advertising and lies.

DON'T DO IT. I fell victim to the countless ads listing the fake reviews, only after I paid for it did I think to check Trustpilot and Google and felt like such an idiot. But I waited for my bag to arrive hoping (praying) it would actually be good. MAAAAAATE. $150 for a bag that looks like I bought it off Temu. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK. It looks and smells cheap.

A Mother’s Day gift from my daughters. It took 3 to 4 weeks however consider it’s coming from overseas! Well worth the wait. Love the bag💜💜💜!! It’s beautiful!
