A Mother’s Day gift from my daughters. It took 3 to 4 weeks however consider it’s coming from overseas! Well worth the wait. Love the bag💜💜💜!! It’s beautiful!

100% do not use. Drop shipping from China. Poor quality. Incredibly slow delivery and want to charge you $50 to cancel an order that hasn’t even left their warehouse after 3 weeks. Quality not equivalent to the cost. Just get something on Ali express/ temu same experience for less money.

Ordering and payment easy. Delivery did take a bit longer than expected but having used the product it was well worth the wait. The quality is great and what I love most is that I no longer need 3 bags to go to work. There are compartments for everything and it fits my computer, paperwork, lunch water bottles and everything in between very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a bag on April 30, 2026, as a Mother's Day gift. It never arrived. When I reached out to demand a refund for non-delivery, customer service ignored the fact that I never got the package. Instead, they tried to trick me by sending a return address to a warehouse in Jiangsu Province, China, demanding I mail back a product I don't have. This company takes your money, never ships the items, and then uses impossible overseas return tactics to avoid refunds. Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.

Delivery was just a little over 2 weeks.

This bag has lightened my load back and forth to work each day. I carry lunch and paperwork and I now have space for both in this backpack, plus an extra spot for purse items or any loose things.

Wish I could give a review of the actual product, but it hasn't come in yet. Ordered almost a month ago and was hoping it would come in for my wife's birthday. Not looking like I'm going to even get it before the school year is over.

The tracking wasn’t helpful, and delivery took forever; however, I do love the bag and all the compartments! Seems sturdy, and I’m excited to take it on my cruise vacation!

This is a junk company. Pour communication, even worse wait time for product. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else to spend your money.

So I am a real person who read all the reviews after I ordered and paid for the bag. But I had a great experience. Initially I couldn’t see the shipping details and then thought the worst I contacted the online assistance and requested a refund as it had been a week without any communication and they responded to say it was on its way. Email was all formatted poorly but that’s the only critique. Bag arrived about 3 days later and it is gorgeous! It’s exactly what I wanted with a lot of things I didn’t expect. Quality was good, design was great. Very happy!

Well being I ordered on 5/16 .. and have nothing .. I asked the help desk .. got a generic answer which is absolute bull sh*t .. so I have nothing nice to say about this company and how you handle customers

I ordered a bag 25 days ago and I have not received it yet so I cant give anything higher than 1 star

The purse I order for my wife arrived late, smelled of all kinds of hard chemicals, and was made out of much cheaper material than as presented online. I tried to contact them for a return and refund and I was told to just wait until smell wore off. I have sent more messages asking for a refund and they simply ignore me. Not a good company at all.

Product never arrived. Rating Customer service as poor is an understatement. Canned responses, no phone number to follow up and still no product. Canceling the order is near impossible and they charge a 30% cancellation fee. Don't waste your time, money or energy and dispute with your CC company. This company is trash.

I placed an order on 5/8/26 and was initially patient regarding the shipping timeline. When I reached out on 5/14 for a status update, I received a very polite response on 5/15 apologizing for the delay and advising that my package should arrive within 7–9 business days.

Unfortunately, that timeline came and went without any delivery or proactive communication. On 5/30, I contacted customer service again to request an update. The response I received the same day simply provided the tracking number, which I already had and which did not contain any useful shipping information or updated delivery estimate.

I replied on 5/31 explaining that the tracking information was not helpful and asking what steps I could take to obtain a refund if no meaningful update could be provided. As of 6/2, I have not received a response to that email, nor have I received the bag I ordered.

I appreciate the courtesy shown in the initial communication, but the overall experience has been disappointing due to the lack of follow-up, missed delivery expectations, and limited customer service support when I sought answers. Delays can happen, but clear and timely communication is essential. I hope the company improves its customer communication and order-tracking processes moving forward.

I ordered a bag a month ago and have not received anything, nor have I received an email confirming shipment. So, I guess I’m just out of the money now.

Order a backpack 4/26/2026 and still
have not gotten it. Currently out $109.00 and nothing to show for it. Emailed them and told me to give it 7 to 9 days. Still nothing. Emailed again and they responded give to “ Please allow a few more days for the tracking information to update”. Five weeks now.

Never received or got a refund

This company is a scam. I ordered on May 5th, and I have not received anything. I have tried to contact customer service and no response. At this point I don't want the bag but a refund. You could probably do better ordering something similar off TEMU.
