I was very disappointed with my first order from Paddock to Pantry. The Mystery box was advertised as 4kg, which is what I relied on when making my purchase. However, when I weighed the meat I received, it was only 3.1kg – around 22.5% less than the advertised weight. I got eight packs of meat two of which were 200g and 250g of bacon so not much value there.
When I raised the issue, I was told that the weight was acceptable because of information in the fine print. I don't believe a difference of nearly 1kg should be considered reasonable when the product listing clearly stated 4kg. Had I known the actual weight could be this much lower, I would not have purchased the product.
I expected them to send me out the missing meat but instead the refunded me $10. Like I can buy 1 kg of meat for that price.
What is most disappointing is not just the weight discrepancy, but the lack of accountability when the issue was raised. As a new customer, this experience has left me feeling misled.

When the four Paw Paw arrived, they were badly bruised and mainly inedible. They had been placed loosely and open in a box with no packaging support, thus, they obviously banged around (against one another) in the box during transportation.
This was surprising as my previous experience with PtP with Paw Paw was problem free and extremely well packed with packaging support.
Also, I got the impression from PtP's response to my complaint they had doubts about the validity of my description of what had transpired.
Healthy eating nutritious food
The fruit and veges were lovely, colourful and fills the gap when feeling peckish, my family really enjoyed it all. The food was healthy, nutritious and so delicious, served my family well through out the week and still left with a good amount for dinners 🧘♀️💆♀️ thanks you paddock pantry, you saved me a trip to the store and delivered straight to my home within 2 days, fast shipping, good quality fruit and veg! I will definitely be placing another order soon 🥰 so worth it xx

I have emailed called multiple times and even reached out on their social media page and no response. Do not use them!

Extremely poor customer service
Drove for an hour (round trip) to Karaka store on the basis of what turned out to be entirely incorrect information. Staff member I spoke to on the ohone assured me there was plenty of stock at the store, arrived to find the store doesn’t even stock the product I had asked about. Called the new store at Glenbrook and had to explain 3 times to the guy who answered the phone (with just “hello” so I had to check I’d called the right place) what I wanted. He went and checked and came back asking if I wanted “beef sausages”. Turns out he didn’t know what an eye fillet roll was. Was told I could order for pickup at the store but by this time I didn’t trust that the right product would be ordered or would arrive in time for Christmas. Ended up buying from somewhere else.
Terrible Service - Ruined Christmas Dinner
Ordered a Christmas ham on December 19th for $120.89. Never received any confirmation email. Had to chase them multiple times:
Emailed to confirm payment - no confirmation email, order number or tracking details came back.
Emailed on Dec 24th asking for tracking number - ignored
Emailed Dec 27th to report no ham was delivered
When I complained about the missing ham, they first claimed it was delivered (with no proof or delivery confirmation). When I challenged this, they suddenly offered to deliver it on Saturday - days after Christmas had passed!
This company ruined our Christmas dinner plans. Their communication is non-existent, they make false delivery claims, and seem to have no concept that a Christmas ham needs to arrive BEFORE Christmas.
Absolutely shocking service and completely unprofessional handling of the situation.

I have been the fortunate recipient of over 5 of these beautiful baskets in the last few years .
Sent by a friend in London who wanted to send me something healthy and interesting.
I have had two or three different boxes some with flowers as well as fruit.
Always delicious and well presented. I have been really unwell for a couple of years and these deliveries always make my day for birthdays and Christmas. Highly recommend
