Easy website to use and found what I wanted and the amount I wanted to spend. So that was perfect. They were also able to deliver on the same day and that was great!

Easy, fresh and reliable
It was easy to order online and select dates. However the payment system charged me delivery costs even though my order was entitled to free delivery. I would also have preferred a wider selection of chocolates such as Whitakker's minis which come individually wrapped in share packs as these are more suitable for health and safety at work environments.

Thanks for your feedback, we always appreciate the time taken to write to us so that we can improve our offer.
For the delivery, our free delivery offer is only applicable to our next day delivery service as stated in our website banner, not our same day service. As our Fruit Baskets can only be delivered on the same day courier due to their delicate nature the free delivery offer doesn't apply to them. We're sorry for any confusion caused here.
As we're a small store we don't stock all chocolate options however you do raise a great point regarding health and safety in work environments. I've passed this onto the team and we will discuss what's possible.

Looked like the box had been packed days before - tomato’s soft, capsicum yuck , carrots with splits down them. Won’t be buying again sorry

Easy to order
Easy to order, the basket was beautiful!
When it didn't show up we had great customer service in sorting out.
Would have been 5 stars but unfortunately the courier side let the team down.

Definately a 5 star rating, however, delivery driver left parcel with wrong buisness but when I emailed your company you got back to me quick and got on top of straight away, apologized for the inconvenience. Awesome!!
They sent out the wrong bottles of wine (ordered white but received red) I found out from the person I bought them for (bday present) 2 days after it was delivered that it wasn’t what I ordered, so I called up straight away and the lady who answered was really nice and fast to fix the issue - the right bottles were delivered the very next day and they even got to keep the bottles of red wine! :)

First time with this company
First time with this company. And man I was so blown away with their gorgeous produce, gifts for my father inlaw. I got a hamper of fresh fruits and snacks for a Fathers day gift for my Father inlaw. I purchased it the night before. They delivered the next day..the timing was PERFECT too. From the beginning to end was a great experience. Definitely won't be the last for sure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
