Outstanding

This is the second year that i have used paddock to pantry for xmas gift baskets. They are truly amazing and the staff are so accommodating.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our service. Our fruit and veg is hand picked by staff for delivery to ensure it is top quality, we are quite frustrated that the apples were not up to standard.

As for the pricing of the fruit and veg, this fluctuates often as it all depends on the supply available. Prices on our website do reflect the same prices as in store.

Excellent all round

What a great experience. Easy to shop online, great products with something for everyone, very reasonable pricing. Delivery was met as requested and products delivered looked like their pictures on the website. The recipients were thrilled. The only thing that, i.m.o, would make this service even better is if confirmation is sent when the order is dispatched with a photo of what is being delivered. Otherwise thank you team will definitely recommend!

Just not happy with the fact it was a…

Just not happy with the fact it was a birthday present but not delivered till about 5.30/6 at night ☹️
I know all about Covid etc etc but just would have liked to be informed and would have sorted something else.

Hi Bernadette,

We understand that the delivery times can be frustrating and we endeavour to be as transparent as possible with this.

That's why at checkout it states that Auckland Same Day delivery is until 7pm for residential addresses and 5pm for business addresses. We've placed this here so that this is as clear as possible to customers before they place their order.

By proceeding to order with this information available at checkout we hope that our customers understand that we're doing everything that we can to communicate delivery times to them, and by placing the order customers accept that the delivery may be in the evening.

We do appreciate your order and if there are suggestions you have to how we could make this information clearer we'd welcome them - any chance to improve our customer experience is appreciated.

I ordered for a special 60th Wedding…

I ordered for a special 60th Wedding Anniversary. Paid in full on Oct 21 and asked for delivery October 28th. It didn't arrive until November 2nd. Obviously I am very disappointed. I emailed several times and no one respond at all. The gift was nice but the delivery and lack if response was highly disappointing.

Hi there,

We understand your frustration and acknowledge our mistake. We've looked into why these were missed and have discovered that the emails were being sent to a secondary address, not the one our staff check every day. We're incredibly sorry for this and we have now updated the email address to the correct one which is checked multiple times a day. Acknowledge that this doesn't change your situation however we appreciate you taking the time to pass this on so we can improve our service in future.

Unfortunately due to COVID 19, there is a significant courier delay that is affecting all businesses including us. Our process remains the same where we send our parcels on an overnight service and NZ Post has a 98% chance of getting it there on time, but in your case it did not.

Again apologise that your experience wasn't up to Paddock To Pantry standard.
