Program fell short
The program is fine and very helpful, however, I was disappointed how the end of my program was handled. Until I called to inquire, I was unaware that my program had ended. I had $1000+ left in escrow, I had 3 unsettled accounts, and automatic withdrawls were cancelled. Not a very good ending to a 4 yr relationship. Also, I was supposed to end the program with a credit card account to roll the balances into to start rebuilding my credit. The program fell short of what I was promised.

Vary very bad service I enrolled more than two years ago still I have one account doesn’t settle. My credit score go down everything horrible in this service. I don’t recommend in this service anyway

Customer service was nice enough
Customer service was nice enough, but I had a settlement offer mailed to me for much less than what PLG offered me. They were unable to ‘reach an agreement’ with my creditor before it was sent to collections, even though I had sent the settlement offer to them to accept on my behalf. Month fees were high and I ended up paying more than my debts when all of the service fees were added.

I felt that the initial information was…
I felt that the initial information was misleading, vague and I was advised positively on information for a service that caused me extra expense and was not needed. Rate that was charged on my balances extremely excessive. If you think that you can settle with lower balances then you should advise either way. Thank you. I realized I accepted the contract but it was very misleading from the start.

My account was sent to court for non-payment. The attorney handled this and was very nice. But it never should have gotten to this point. When I signed with you I was made to believe everything was handled and good. Noone said it takes months or longer to settle accounts!

I consolidated a lot of debts
I consolidated a lot of debts. This program so far has been working out for me if you can't or don't want to declare bankruptcy.
The biggest asset for me has been for a creditor who would not negotiate and took me to court...the small extra money I put in monthly to this agency account for legal fees was well worth it! I was assigned an attorney who really helped me thru the process! (Thanks Melissa!)
That being said ...they aren't "magic" and going to clear all your debts ..you must keep up on what's going on and be sure to respond to their emails and phone calls (to which they promptly respond)!
I've been working with them for awhile now...I can promise you they are reputable...but again realize YOU are still a part of this process ..

Some representatives do a poor job of…
Some representatives do a poor job of explaining things. This is especially apparent when coming to important decisions, which nearly lead to a grave mistake at one point. We're not savvy to the procedures and jargon used in the legal world and that unfortunately lead to not handling things optimally on our end and one decision we nearly made that would have created much hardship. In general, things could've been communicated better, but you do have some unsatisfactory representatives that lead me to call again as I was so confused. 4 stars because of the outcome.
