Worst debt consolidation company ever
It takes way too much time for them to settle debts. 2 of the enrolled took over a year. Repeat emails because no one follows through with anything. They ask me to do repeat tasks because they are flat out incompetent.

The communication is minimal. I ask questions and there is no response or acknowledgment. A letter is no where to be seen. Very accustomed to a hard copy in the mail.

They kept me informed on everything going on, on my count. They kept going when a debt collector was being hard to work with and was finally able to get it taken care of.

My contract was for 48 months with the…
My contract was for 48 months with the understanding that both debts would be settled and completed by then. That is not the case as I have to pay on an additional 11 months at $300 a month.

Overall a good experience but sometimes it seems as if they have an internal communications problem and take a long time to get settlements. Took over 2 years to get one settlement and this didn’t happen until after I was served with a notice of being sued for repayment by one debtor.

I feel my entire experience with them…
I feel my entire experience with them has not been good. I totally didnt understand how the program was going to work. I am now paying double the original amount that I agreed to. I had to get the legal coverage because a few of the accounts were not going to settle, it killed my credit, bad experience all around
