i was after some place cards for my 50th. i found them surprisingly quickly on their website and their portal was easy to use. but what really made paper divas stand out was their customer support. i emailed them with a few questions and had prompt replies. my design was simple but the layout not so much and i wanted to be sure they understood what i was after. they were just lovely to deal with and were so helpful. when the order arrived on a thursday, they were not set out as i'd wanted. i emailed them thursday afternoon and received a response first thing friday morning, saying that they'd discovered the printing error after posting the order. they rectified the error, printed a new set and posted them by end of business thursday and i had them by friday - with no expense incurred by myself at all.
it was close to the best customer service i'd ever received, and i cannot recommend them highly enough.

Wonderful and efficient
It was a great experience altogether. Ordered my housewarming card on Monday night and received it by Thursday. It’s as beautiful as we expected it and looks same as what we choose online. Totally loved the quick and efficient service. Would highly recommend it. Can’t wait to organise my next party. Thanks Paper Divas!!

Excellent product and speedy delivery!
I placed the order in the middle of the night as I was on a night shift, and the invites were delivered less than 2 days later with standard delivery!
Excellent pricing compared to many other invitation companies I looked at. Would definitely use paper divas again! :)
