First and last time I buy something from komplett. Ordered NZXT usb hub to finish my PC build. same day I ordered few things from UK website came withing 2 days. Its nearly a week now since order was placed and I get notification from DHL that my package was sent to wrong sorting office. I suppose another two days wait. Rang komplett asking for refund they wouldn't accommodate unless I don`t accept delivery. Load of nonsense if you ask me

My friend's PC kept getting black screens whenever it would get overheated. He mailed his PC to Komplett, they couldn't fix the problem and told him nothing is wrong with it. WHEN CLEARLY THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG. THEY FORCED HIM TO PAY $50 TO GET HIS PC LOOKED AT BY MONKEYS. KOMPLETT IS FULL OF DUMMIES.

I've read mixed reviews (mostly good though) my experience was great. I ordered gaming pc which arrived within few days with no problem. actually 4 days earlier. I'd recommend it to everyone

Unhelpful website. The photo of the product I purchased was misleading and incorrect. I am very unhappy with Komplett and will not be buying from them again.

Great value on a Samsung E tablet I bought.It was the cheapest I could find and I had it within 4 days.

Ordered a Samsung galaxy Tab E for a lot cheaper than 'Black Friday' deals advertised at the time.Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon. Got a text from DHL 7.30 Friday morning and it was here by 10.30. Speedy delivery.Bunched up brown paper used for package protection could be an issue for more delicate products.Overall very happy with process.If the product is defective,it won't be the suppliers fault as it isvfactory sealed.

I have shopped with Komplett on a number of occasions and have always found that they offer very good value for money. In addition they deliver quickly and items are well packed to avoid damage.

Terribly delivery!

No contact was made to let me know item was on the way. When it arrived no contact was made again and item was dropped over side gate. They left my item out in the rain for days. No docket in the letterbox, no phone call, no emails. Terribly delivery!!!

I didn't open box and returned it straight away but it was the same experience returning item. No phone calls in advance for the pick up. So it wasn't till the third attempt they were able to pick up item.

terribly delivery system, terribly warehouse staff and order processing, everything is delayed but other than that, very good website and variety of products.

Still waiting on delivery. Farcical, DHL have gons from delayed, to damaged to can't find it
