Process to change bank details is laborious and involves authentication by sending letters etc. Paragon need to move into the 21st century!
Website is not user friendly and needs updating.

Paragon bank website is easy to follow. It was so simple to choose another cash ISA in place of the maturing one and giving a good interest rate.

Trying to make what seemed to be a difficult online transaction so had to make a telephone call for help. Immediate response and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful. My query was clarified and sorted out quickly and easily. Thank you.

find your website quite ambiguous. I have completed an application to another bank sending all my funds except the interest starting on the maturity date. I cannot see how to transfer the interest from you to my elected ban k account.

Very easy to open and manage accounts although an app would be a help.
A bit disappointed that your double access savings is only paying 3.2% when Ford is paying 3.92% for an unrestricted access account.

Telephone operator (was it Gracie?) was superb.
Not only did she assist me in getting online to complete an important transaction but she was also able to help me transfer my account to a better- earning one, all in one phone-call! She should in the
front position for promotion (I was a teacher-trainer at University of London before I retired).
