Avoid this Company for sure driver beware

We got our vehicle back after it was stored by them for 6 weeks. When removing the snow from the hood they scratched the paint badly, we guess because they used a plastic scraper rather than a brush to remove the snow that had accumulated. You have to sign a waiver when leaving the vehicle with them so no accountability for this damage that they caused. Just plain carelessness by them, could not care less. Do not use this Company if you care about your vehicle!

Smashed my car and never told me

They smashed the front right of my nearly brand new Audi while parked in their “inside” lot. Never told me that they damaged my car which will cost thousands to fix. I’m angry and disappointed in their service or lack thereof. And never told me that they crashed my car.

We have been parking at this place for…

We have been parking at this place for several years and I have always recommended them. This last visit that changes in a big way. Beware. They have an employee or employees that will go through your car and steal what they want. I have been trying to get in contact with the manager or owner and have made over 10 phone call attempts, multiple emails to discuss this issue privately to no avail. Every-time I get the same answer the manager is not there and they don’t know when they will be. They wright my name and number down but I do not receive a call back. I did get an email response saying that since we booked through the spot hero app we are technically a customer of them and not the lot. We had several graduation announcement cards in our glove box that were opened and searched through. (Nothing of value in the envelopes) and they stole 2 bottles of prescription medicine out of our center console. Now I can’t wait to see the dismissive response from the owners that everyone else gets on the bad reviews but this is how I know it was part of their crew…. The medicine was located underneath and covered in the closed center console of the vehicle. After discovering the pill bottles missing to our surprise in there place was another customers keys. Park2go tags and all. Explain that one park2go.

***edit*** even less of a response than expected. Literally parked with them on two separate occasions this year already. And no explanation of the BMW keys where the missing anxiety medication was located?

***2nd edit*** responses seem to come through faster here than any other form of communication. No you are correct that is not my reservation those are the BMW keys you left at the bottom of my center console. What do you not understand that an employee of yours went through my car stole items and left theses in there. Also I’ll save you the trouble and post the email conversation myself. I don’t know what you mean with your response about language. And I use the term conversation lightly because it is pretty one sided. I hate that dishonest businesses like you exist: that is what is wrong with the world today. How do you plan on getting the other customer her keys back? I’m sure she had a pretty terrible experience since you could not find them for her when she picked up. I really do feel bad for her. Please contact me at the number I have left you so we can get her situation straightened out.

Sunglasses stolen from my parked car

Parked for 2 weeks in February 2026 and when I picked up my car, an expensive pair of sunglasses was missing from the center console. Management took no responsibility and insisted they do not have problems with theft, but it's clear that they do. I will not be parking here any more.

Don’t park there Read the reviews there overcharging, there stealing property from the vehicles. There damaging vehicles there looking at your Navigation screen. There stealing house keys. There low life’s. Park elsewhere. That place is still a building only because of cameras

I should’ve read the previous reviews…

I should’ve read the previous reviews prior to parking here, but I have used this parking company for years, due to its convenience…putting up with its shortcomings (of which there are many).
Having said that, after today’s experience, I will never use them again. The place is dirty, with no bathroom (except for a porta potty outdoors), the van is disgusting, and often having to wait an extraordinary amount of time be taken to the airport and especially to get picked up (one time actually missing my flight as a result).
I put up with the negatives, due to the convenience of the location, but today was the last straw, arriving to pick up my car, only to be told that they could not find my car (which we were supposed to be parked indoors, based on my reservation, booked directly on their website). Ultimately after a extended search, my car was ultimately found in the outdoor lot, blocked in by other cars, which were unable to be moved because of snow (despite having over 24 hours to have cleared out the lot after the snow storm had passed, prior to my arrival. I had to wait two hours to get my car out, with no accommodation for the delay, etc., and despite clearly whole issue, resulting from their misrepresenting that they were going to have my car parked indoors. (which what’s my reservation a week in advance had booked and which I verified when I dropped the car off and was reassured would be the case).
The “manager” ultimately showed up, but was totally rude, obnoxious, and arrogant, unwilling to compensate me at all for the delay and their. misrepresentation, etc.… threatening to call the police.
Seriously? They had my key so why were they going to call the police. I couldn’t leave.
Totally poor customer service. They clearly do not honor reservations, so buyer beware. I will not be using them again.… Nor should anybody. Look at their other reviews as well

Confirmed reservations may mean nothing

After making a reservation 2 weeks in advance was turned away. Was told that they were working from a list and only taking cars that were on the list. No explanation given as to why or what happened.
Was advised to park at the airport,thus paying higher parking lot fees.

Shady workers

I left some things in my car at the valet parking park2go Edmonton. One of them being a gift card. I did put it into my account so I thought. I only just checked the balance apparently as when I went to use it while I was away the card was not in my account. Upon my return to use it, I was told by the company it had been used on Dec 27 multiple times.i returned and picked up my car on Dec 29. There was 150 on the card. I contacted the company via Facebook. He/she didn’t seem concerned that I filed a police report and contacted insurance. Imagine not caring you have employees who steal. I won’t go back there and I’ve told all my friends.

They crashed my car and haven't paid

They crashed my car and promised to take care of everything using their insurance. After 3 weeks of the insurance company and myself trying to get a hold of them, they have not responded any email or answered any calls regarding the issue. Very bad way to deal with a problem they caused and now is costing me.

Find another parking spot

The location is fine, close to the airport, though Google Maps does not do a good job giving directions. Facility was fair - was not clear I was supposed to park and give keys to the attendant. THE SITE SAID SELF PARK, BUT THEY MOVE THE CAR AFTER YOU PARK. Security seems good. The shuttle to the airport was quick but it took 45 mts and 3 calls on the way back. The website says shuttle every 15 mts. This was on Thursday May around 5:15 pm. The driver was very rude and arrogant.

Terrible experience parked here after a long holidays. How many people read their policy before parking here? i am a victim of this company's shit policy. Booked an indoor parking spot for my new 2024 car in winter time, but they left my car outside for a few days. good thing i have dash cam to see this. i spent over $1300 to get my car repaired after they tried to boost too many times and blew a fuse. My vehicle was completely disabled. Like they have done to many other cars with 1 star reviews, but not worth 1 star and with no liability policy even if your car is damaged, stolen from inside, burned, broken... without compensation. Their offer of $300 for all damages, out of kindness to me. not worth it at all and i don't need it anymore. When something unfortunate happens that policy is to protect them and their employees. The risk is on the customer. Consider this when parking here. You may have a good experience because nothing happened to your car but you have to be ready for the risk to your vehicle. That is how this business treated me. never coming back here.

Great place to park your car

I made my parking reservation online and used my AMA number for a discount which was great. It was easy and made it super convenient when I showed up the day of my trip. Everything went quickly and conveniently. Both shuttle drivers I got (both ways) were friendly and helpful with my big suitcase. When I came back I used the text link Park2Go sent me, and I was able to pay and get my car started and ready for when I arrived. It’s a very streamlined operation. I will be definately be using them again next time!

On November 11

On November 11, 2024, at approximately 4:42 AM, I arrived at Newark Liberty International Airport. I subsequently proceeded to shuttle/bus stop number 18 to take a shuttle to the Park 2 Go facility at 780 Dowd Avenue. I entrusted my luggage to the chauffeur ; however, it appears that he inadvertently left it on the sidewalk of the terminal. I became aware of this oversight only upon my arrival at the facility to retrieve my vehicle.

In an effort to locate my belongings, I requested the office to contact the previous passenger who had been dropped off at the terminal subsequently upon me entering the van. The office confirmed that this individual observed the chauffeur leaving my luggage on the sidewalk. The ocean Blue Travel-Pro carry-on contained my work laptop that contained sensitive information about my students, house keys from both my homes here and in Puerto Rico, personal items, Apple Watch and iPhone charger, survenior that I purchased for my family. The sad part about it’s that neither chauffeur or management have take full responsibility or apologize for the inconvenience. I usually travel 4 to 5 times a year and always park there, but after today’s incident Park2Go loss a customer.

I recently used this parking facility…

I recently used this parking facility and had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I noticed a billboard with a different parking name, which was confusing. The surroundings of the parking lot felt very unsafe, with a lot of trash, several junked cars, and food remnants scattered around.
We waited for half an hour for the person in charge of the parking to show up. When they finally arrived, I tried to communicate in English, but they claimed not to understand. After returning to Charleroi, I messaged and called the driver, who assured me they would arrive within 10 minutes. However, we ended up waiting for two hours.
The entire parking experience and service were a joke. Compared to Low Cost Parking, this parking lot should not even exist.

DO NOT PARK HERE EVER!!!!!

Hi - We had used PARK2GO AT Newark Airport several times; they are great, UNTIL YOU RETURN AND FIND THAT YOUR CAR WAS DAMAGED FOR OVER $ 4800.00!!! They refuse to answer my phone calls and emails when they found out that I did not have collision insurance on my 8 year old car. I was forced to take them to court where I won a default judgement. We called the Elisabeth Police and filled out an accident report- THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US THEIR INSURANCE INFORMATION- DO NOT PARK THERE. When I went to court, there was ANOTHER RIDER SUING THEM FOR DAMAGES.

Terrible service on return

The drop off was fine and the car was not damaged or stolen; however the return was a nightmare. I called when luggage was in-hand (9pm). Was standing in the rain and cold for 30 minutes watching other companies come by multiple times. I called back and he said guy would be there in 2 minutes then hung up on me. He did come but flew by us. When i called again, guy said van was full and would come back to pick us up. When i Complained, he hung up on me again! Waited another 10 minutes and called and was hung upon again. Had someone else call and he hung up on her also.
Guy finally arrived 48 minutes after the first call was placed with no incident. Went inside to get the keys and guy was no where to be found. We called and he opened the door. He was clearly HIGH! He did not offer any apologies and handed the key telling us our car was somewhere out there in the lot and we had to go looking for it. Horrible!

arrived 3 hours later than expected, fined 2 day charge

I paid for 4 days (Thurs 3:15 to Sun 8 pm) and arrived 3.5 hours late to pick up my car. They charged me a $23 penalty, though the receipt said guaranteed daily rate $11.95 (I'm not convinced I even went over 4 days). The guy at the counter, who was super rude, pointed to something on the counter saying they could charge me a fine for being late. This was a 2 day fine for being 3.5 hours late. I showed him my receipt and he pointed to the paper on the counter which was not pointed out when I checked in. I won't park there again as a result. No other place has charged a 2 day fine for being a few hours late. As long as you're within the 24 hour paid period, other places ignore the estimated pickup time.
