I used WhatsApp to explain my situation, i received a prompt reply confirming Parking Mate could help. I figured it was worth a punt for a small fee compared to the egregious penalty fee demanded of me. I paid and received all the info i needed to appeal quickly. After a few weeks I can confirm my parking penalty has been cancelled, so it clearly worked. Hopefully I won't need their assistance again, but If i do need to I won't hesitate.

I did exactly what you asked me to do and I was surprised to receive an email informing me that the PCN was cancelled, they never even gave me an explanation as to why.

I did not realise what I was paying for, my parking notice came with the details attached and initially thought it was costing me £9.99 just to appeal.

But i was flummoxed when I received the most detailed and legal response for my parking notice in my email in box and told to attach that to my appeal.

They also kept in touch to help offer advice if the penalty providers wanted more details.

I won my appeal (although they took the full 28days to tell me), so i say out of a potential £100 versus £10 was well worth it.

I've used this company a few times in the past and has been fine, use to only pay a fiver! But this time I had to pay £30 and it hasn't been great.
They produced the appeal letter and sent it off for me as thats the new way of doing it but to be honest I would have rathered if I sent it off myself like I have done in the past so can keep better track of it. The car park company said they never received my appeal so after Parking mate sending it again apparently it was too late so they doubled the fine. I have been trying to contact Leo numerous of times on whatsapp, left voicemail and even an email & not had any respsonse. It says if you dont win the appeal then you get £30 refund but I'm not not even sure how I will get that back if I can't get through to Parking mate! Next resort is probably to go to the bank and say its a scam so I can get it back! Won't bother using this company anymore unfortunately.

Took my money and left me stranded.
Cost me a lot of money placating me as the fine escalated and then silence.

AVOID! In my experience he is very happy to communicate to get you to pay your fee and then goes radio silent. The website is constantly down as well so you need to whatsapp him.....which he ignores.

I needed to produce my own document for court as he wouldn't respond or acknowledge. You are much better off using Legal Begals forum and getting someone there to support you for free! Save your money for something more rewarding!

Fraud !!
Absolutely fraudulent company. They will respond to a new query immediately but once you pay the fees, there is no response. They told me they have filed a case in court against the parking company and I need not worry. Later I got charged with Debt Recovery charges and had to pay additional fine and penalty. Kept chasing for months, WhatsApp, Phone Calls, Voice Notes. They kept ignoring. Stay away from these cheats.

I turned to this company for help with a CJJ removal as I was wrongfully issued a CCJ. They kept in contact with me asking them to send the letters etc and told me they could issue the N244 to the court but had to pay them £200. I thought the N244 was very confusing so I was happy to pay the money.

After I paid them the £200… I NEVER HEARD BACK from them. I kept chasing the WhatsApp number asking for an update. I then asked for a refund because they didn’t give me the service I paid for. I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND! Stay away from this company and do appeals yourself.

Contacted Parking Mate UK on 20th December, Heard nothing back at all. I chased on 6th of January, Was told that they would "provide an update shortly", Chased again 18th January, No response. Chased 19th, Provided a generic response saying that they are "Updating there systems and that everything Is In order."

Clearly NOT as I've now I've missed the deadline of the court case and have a CCJ pending. I now need to appeal this case and Spend additional funds.

They have not offered a refund or even tried to provide a "real" update on my case.

The worse thing Is, I promoted this company on a 30K Follower Car Instagram page as they'd previously won 2 of my cases. Now this has happened which Is appalling.

I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but I genuinely feel I have to.

This is about a parking ticket issue. I used the letter template Parking Mate provided and sent it exactly as instructed. After several days, I received a letter back and forwarded it straight to Parking Mate. From that point on, they just ignored me — despite me trying to contact them five times. No update, no explanation, nothing.

Really disappointing customer service. I honestly expected better. I feel pretty let down.

For anyone reading this: I wouldn’t waste your time. You’ve been warned — but it’s up to you.

I used Parking Mate as they were recommended to me, however, after providing some generic letter, which didn't outline clearly any substantive reason for appeal I thought I'd take my chance and submit anyway.
As expected, the PCN issuer came back saying 'huh?'. So I reached out to parking mate for help - I made clear that I was already out of the time limit as the letter had been delayed over the Christmas period, but 5 days later and all the response I've had is 'we are updating our system'.
I've had to respond myself and completely wasted my money and time bothering with this company.
Use ChatGPT or MoneySavingExpert - much more use!

Do not use this company paid the fee as was told I had a case to then it all backfire and I had to pay more. no correspondence from the company no emails no text no nothing was left to do it all by myself
