No Messing i contacted these guys and they replied with a cover letter to send to the parking co. stating the reason the charge isnt valid, 2 days later i receive confirmation that the charge has been dropped

Disappointing Experience - Proceed With Caution

I am sharing my personal experience with this service so others can make an informed decision. I engaged this business to support me through a parking-related legal issue. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of communication or outcome I had hoped for.

Over the course of many months, I sent multiple messages seeking updates and clarification. While I understand that no service can guarantee success in court, I found it very difficult to get clear or timely responses during key stages of the process. This lack of clarity made an already stressful situation significantly worse for me.

Eventually, I received a County Court Judgment (CCJ), which led to further financial consequences. I acknowledge that the outcome of any legal case depends on the evidence and the court’s decision. However, I feel that better communication and clearer guidance could have made a meaningful difference to how the situation was

However, I believe it’s important that potential clients know that this service may not suit everyone’s expectations—particularly those who value regular updates and more consistent engagement.

This review reflects my experience and is intended to help others weigh their options carefully.

Your review contains defamatory and abusive language, including the term “scam artist,” which is both false and damaging to my reputation. I want to make it absolutely clear that I do not tolerate abusive conduct, and I certainly do not accept being accused of scamming anyone.

Every court case carries the possibility of being won or lost. That outcome depends entirely on the facts of your case, the evidence submitted, and the decisions made by the judge. It has nothing to do with my service or professionalism. If you didn’t get the result you wanted, that is unfortunate, but blaming me publicly in this way is completely unjustified and legally dangerous.

You’ve claimed that I ignored you. That is not true. When communication breaks down, it is often because clients have either failed to respond to instructions or continued messaging in an abusive manner. I do not and will not engage with that. I offer this service in good faith to support people going through extremely stressful situations. That goodwill should not be taken for granted.

This is your only and final warning.

Unless this defamatory review is removed or amended within 7 days, I will begin legal proceedings against you for defamation under the Defamation Act 2013. You will receive a formal letter by post shortly, and I will not hesitate to escalate this further through my legal team.

I am here to help people. I put in the work. I do not deserve to be targeted with false and harmful accusations simply because a legal outcome did not go your way.

I take serious issue with this review and I’m placing you on formal notice.

Accusations like “you will pay and get nothing” are not only false but potentially defamatory. I do not take money and deliver nothing. Every client receives the service they paid for, and I provide full instructions and support throughout the process.

If your case resulted in a payment of £280 for a £60 ticket, that reflects the consequences of the legal process likely due to escalation through court because the proper steps were not taken in time. That outcome is not the fault of my service, and I will not allow people to misrepresent the situation simply because they are unhappy with the result.

Communication is always provided to clients who follow the process and engage respectfully. I do not tolerate abusive or unreasonable behaviour, and I will not respond to messages that cross that line.

This is your only and final warning.

Unless this false and damaging review is removed or amended within 7 days, I will initiate legal proceedings under the Defamation Act 2013. A formal letter will be sent to you by post, and the matter will be escalated through my legal team if necessary.

I run this service to help people fight back against unfair penalties and court action. I do it professionally, and I take pride in my results. I will not tolerate abuse or public misrepresentation from anyone.

Mostly helpful, two tickets were rejected and I had to pay the tickets. Nevertheless, thank you, your service is appreciated because some of the appeal were accepted and the tickets cancelled.

I had mixed experiences with Parking…

I had mixed experiences with Parking Mate UK. Initially, their service seemed helpful and led to positive outcomes, but communication became inconsistent over time. Attempts to follow up were often met with silence. While their appeal service has potential, reliability issues make it hard to fully recommend. It’s a decent option but not flawless.

Another win for the little guy!

Got me out of two unfair fines! Do not listen to the negative reviews - these are from impatient people who seemingly don't understand that it can take up to two months for POPLA to review an appeal (if it's escalated).

Parking Mate UK has saved me so much money in unwanted/unfair parking fines. The process was slick and easy - just paid a fiver and they scan your fines/letters and find potential flaws in the operators notices. I was improperly charged on two separate occasions and would have ended up having to pay £200. Most of these operators use fear-mongering tactics to push you into paying. Do NOT let them. They are absolute scum. Use this service to challenge them.

DO NOT USE! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They are overwhelmed with cases, meaning you’ll be ignored and left in a no-win situation. Due to their incompetence, you will end up with a CCJ on your credit file. Do not use!

No support & incorrect template…

After using other services to challenge parking tickets, I found this site which seemed to be reputable. After using their service and paying £5 for the template letter, here is what I experienced:
- Template letter providing wrong statements, contradicting what I had selected on their questionnaire/portal. I had stated that my PCN DID mention Popla, but the template letter provided claimed it didn't.
- I emailed their customer support to query this, messaged the WhatsApp contact and left a message on their 'customer portal', no one replied at all.
- They continue to email me with the template "How was your appeal?" "Was your appeal successful?". I have replied to many of these emailed, no resonse.

I had to appeal with the IAS myself and the case was then dropped. After 6 weeks, noone has replied to me at all.

Avoid!

No Support, Money Taken, Charge Paid

Shambolic non-service. Started on the 25th of February. Support provided by what appeared to be a bot on the website (Anna), process completed by me but the documentation wouldn't download. Despite comms via WhatsApp nothing was forthcoming.

Last comment from WhatsApp chat was this: "Good morning, bear with me and I will send you the file shortly. I have been updating the website since midnight". That was on Wednesday 26th and, despite several offers and suggestions by me to take things forward, there has been no further comms.

I would suggest that people think very carefully before using this "service".

Parkmate online services waived my overzealous parking fines

So happy to get successful results with Parkmate online platform by helping me to legally challenge the PCN received from TFL Redroutes on one of their dodgy location with plastic cover on sign restriction catching out driver's and another one on a drop off visit to an hotel with private parking rules which I considered not fair. But, ignorance is no excuse in execution of rule of law. So, u may at some point need help and support with overzealous parking rules. Hence, I trusted Parkmate online platform with their profound knowledge of the law to help prepared my case legitimately with a reasonable amount worthwhile.

Disappointed is under statement

Disappointed is under statement. Paid my £99. Two days later after hearing nothing I logged on and saw some generic templates. I messaged to ask what to do. Zero response. They take your money but no real help or advice. No human to speak with. Lesson learned - I’d advise anyone to swerve this company. Better help online - Money Saving Expert was more use.

Court & Fine Cleared

Reached out to parking mate when I had an issue with a parking fine and I was being taken to court. Leo sorted everything out with the right letters and his keen knowledge. The case was dropped and no fine. Great relief and this was a service that gets results.
