Good service for deliveries, but when it comes to returns, they won't reply to ANY messages? I see I'm not the only person to have this problem...
5 days I've been trying for a reply. Let's hope this review spurs them into doing something.

Ordered parts for my car from this company and they claimed would fit my car. Took my car to the garage for repairs and the did not fit. Refused refund as garage had opened and attempted to fit. Cost me over £500 as my car was stuck on a ramp all day. I have a report from the garage stating they don’t fit and they are claiming still that they do. I sent my old car parts with the car parts they supplied for them to compare and visibly see the difference however they still claimed they was the same and sent back the parts they supplied and the parts from my vehicle have miraculously been lost. Shock!! I will be taking this further.

Nightmare. Posted Saturday (allegedly) and yet nothing 6 days later.
Meant to be a 48 hour delivery.
Tracking doesn’t work.
Avoid us my advice.

I ordered discs and pads from Parts in motion on their website which was very easy to navigate. Holly emailed me the next day to inform me that the pads were not compatible with my Leon but sent a link for the correct ones. She refunded for the incorrect ones, so no problem. It has saved me from wasting time when I do the brakes, so really impressed with their service.

The service i received from this company and the gentleman who helped me receiving the correct part for my vehicle. When your not clued up with part numbers, which can be difficult to purchase the part compatable with your motor, be sure this company will help. Unlike the ones out there that just want a sale. If I ever need parts in the future. I will use them again with confidence.

Parts are really well priced and when I had an issue with a part Customer Service were quick to deal with it and resolve the problem. Very happy. I have used Parts in Motion for a number of purchases now.

Not a great start, I ordered 4 spark plugs which are particular to my bike made by a company called Denso. This was on 20/4/26 they arrived today 22/4/26 however when I came to install them only 3 of the 4 were correct. The annoying thing is that the part number is printed on the end of the box!! Still I’ve emailed them today to give them a chance to sort it out. So watch this space because I’ll update it as to what happens. Well I said I’d come back and tell you what happened, turns out they are amazing!!!! I emailed them and got to deal with a girl called Alishia (spelled her name right this time!) and she couldn’t have been more helpful. After sorting out who I was and the order she asked me what I wanted to do so I asked for a replacement part. It came today and it turns out that she replaced the entire order so I have a spare set now. Fantastic end to this mix up. Anyone can make a mistake but it’s how they sort it out that counts!! Five Stars!!!!

I've now had a second issue with Parts In Motion and that's it now, I'm not using them anymore. Companies like this that don't respect customer service will eventually go wrong.
For clarity I've spent my life in the Motor Trade supplying parts and I am fully aware how this industry works.
In August 2025 I ordered some brake pads. Turns out the web page had an error on so the wrong part number was showing on the wrong product, so what was displayed on the page on the site is not what was sent. I showed them genuine catalogue information to prove this and they didn't care and just told me to return and reorder. Wasted my time at an error that was their issue.
Fast forward to this week I order x2 inner tie rods and x2 track rod ends. (order 701086) Well they only decided to send x1 track rod end so now the vehicle is booked in for MOT and I can't have the work done on time due to their mistake, it's not mine! Emailed, website claims response within 2 hours, that didn't happen so I called, spoke to someone who asked for photos and said they would come back to me asap, they said it's the fault of Febi, but respectfully that's not my concern. I said I really needed a solution before tomorrow. It's now the end of the day, no reply and nothing sorted.
What is super frustrating is they show in stock and I could order another one for delivery tomorrow, customer service would be to send another at no cost, given the fact you didn't send me one in the first place.
What companies like this will learn is that one person gets upset, more than one stops spending. Alot of people at work use Parts in Motion and it will only take word of mouth for people to boycott them.
Shambles customer service, will start a charge back with the bank.

Can’t fault this company in any way.
Excellent customer service that is only let down by Royal Mail. However, when Royal Mail inevitably under achieved, Parts in Motion immediately resent via DHL at no extra cost 👍

complete lack of response to 2 emails & 1 chat bot thing with a promise that a customer service agent will reply. all this to try & get a return number authorization. complete waste of time. will never use again. impossible return anything so will try a credit card charge back

Another 1 star review for this company, they're racking them up.
Unacceptable delayed delivery (paid for) from their delivery partner and no response to emails despite the "we respond in two hours" blurb they spout. (Ref 6678527)

I recently undertook a part refurbishment of my car, I contacted Parts In Motion to seek advice on what parts they could supply that would fit as I was against a deadline. I got a prompt email from a gentleman named Mark who had kindly taken the time to write me a full list of there suggested parts and advice of which they could supply. My order arrived within the delivery stated time, all parts fit perfectly, all within budget and all from a well known brand. I highly recommend this company for any parts you may need or contact Mark for a flawless service. The parts suggested were all priced competitively and within my budget. A 5* service from start to finish and will continue to use this company going forward.

I always try buy all my parts from here via eBay. Always good price and deals on.
And it beats all the competitors.
Would highly recommend as they offer such a large range of suppliers.
Some people blame them for incompatible parts, but this is more on the buyer for not thoroughly checking. I understand the difficulty sometimes in figuring out the exact part before starting a job as there can be multiple versions of the same part.
Would highly recommend.

I ordered suspension top mounts for my Mini, they were delivered very quickly. However, Royal Mail delivered them to the wrong address. Tracking was done, although the photo of the front door was not mine.
I raised this issue with Parts in Motion, they very quickly resolved the problem and sent out the parts I needed for my Mini.
I’ve used them very recently so the fault is Royal Mail. Parts in Motion I highly recommend them, they even get my mention on the Mini forums.

Sometimes it’s a real good price. Good postage service. The website shows that part fits based on registration number. But I had two parts which didn’t fit. And if you want to return parts it’s a nightmare. You have to write email to them. Then maybe they will accept maybe not returns. I had two parts which they didn’t accept. So you better stick with eBay. That will make life easier for everyone

Faulty Battery. Seller refused to honour warranty after a couple of months. Asked for proof, sent it, seller still didn't honour. Had to buy a new one from else where. Out of pocket now. Not Recommend.

What an absolute nightmare! I Even though my part stated correct fitment via my registration inputting on Ebay, I also asked THREE times to confirm, then asked to reconfirm before dispatch. All replies stated YES.... Guess what! Yep, wrong cambelt and waterpump kit. Garage called moaning about the incorrect kit and how it was taking up valuable time on their ramp, so I had pay for them to order.
Rosie at Partsinmotion, is an absolute joke. Your lack of customer service, is more suited to working at a McDonald's Drive Thru. If you can't be bothered to do you job, just leave and give the job to someone who will actually want it! I would sack you on the spot for how you are NOT representing the company.
IT GET"S EVEN WORSE!
Just received a message from Troy, the customer service manager, guess what! Yes, he sent me a pre generated response message. Never even took the trouble to read the previous messages, as he would of seen that I've sent the INCORRECT cambelt kit back yesterday and automatically received a full refund. You are clearly responsible for how your staff treat customer's, as your lack of customer service skills has been picked up by your staff, well done!
